Kaskas Oriental Rug Gallery

I have taken rugs to Kaskas Oriental Rug Gallery to get them cleaned and left there with more questions than when I went in. For some reason they won't allow me to see where they clean the rugs. This seems very odd to me. I just felt like I was being lied to the entire time. They said I wasn't allowed to view their cleaning plant because of insurance reasons. That doesn't make any sense. I suspect they aren't cleaning the rugs themselves and therefore don't actually have a cleaning plant.

i purchased my rugs from kaskas rug gallery, the people there are friendly and polite and helped me select the right rugs for my house they saved me money and time, i have been shopping around and found them to have the best prices and experience. I highly recommend them they are family owned business and they have been in Austin for a long time.

I have been looking for rugs for a while and shopped around in austin. Kaskas had the best selection and prices. I saved a lot buy shopping at both their locations. They also repaired my antique rug and I was amazed by their repair. I highly recommend them because of their service and family owned

I bought a gorgeous large Oriental rug here. The rug is made with very good quality and has held up just wonderfully for me. They had a good selection of colors, and patterns, and sizes and you can tell that each one has been specially made. They workers were very kind and helpful, withough being pushy.
