Jason if very knowledgeable about Lexus and Toyota repair. When I had my ES300 he repaired it at a really cheap price compared to the dealership. If you ever think about taking your care to the dealership you shouldn't. Not only does Jason have the knowledge, but he used to work for Lexus doing the same thing. So if you are worried about his qualifications you can rest assured that Jason has the experience and know how straight from the dealership.

I just left this shop and have to tell you that it is one of the cleanest and well connected Lexus parts shop and toyota parts shop I have been to. I orginally went to this lexus repair shop because of the review on Citysearch below. The review was spot on. The gal in the shop was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. The lexus mechanic knew exactly what was needed and was connected to the parts shops in the area. They assured me that if they did not have it , they could get it. I highly reccommened this lexus repair shop. Regardless if you are in plano, dallas or even mesquite, I would make the drive to this location for lexus repair, it is worth it.

Have you been to jp importz yet? They are the nicest people! This Lexus and Toyota shop actually does specialize in Toyotas and Lexus cars, they dont just SAY they do. Located in Garland, it really isnt very much of a drive from Dallas or Plano if you own a Lexus or Toyota and care about who works on your car. Coming here for the first time , I found them from their first time customer oil change offer they have for $10.00. This was a great way to find out what they are like without spending a lot of money as well. ( make sure you mention citysearch to get the $10.00 oil change offer) . The office staff is very friendly, the mechanic was VERY knowledgeable about my car and actually races cars as a hobby, so if you need chroming done for your hot rod they can help you with that too. Remember that they Specialize in Lexus and Toyotas, but can work on other cars as well. Take the extra 10 min drive from Plano or Dallas to get to this Toyota / Lexus specialty repair shop. Its worth the drive.

This has to be the cleanest garage i have ever seen, no grease, no mess, cleaner than a show room, heck cleaner than my living room. But that is not why i went there. I was trying to find a garage that would fix the servo in my lexus, so i called around, the only place that knew what it was, and told me OVER THE FHONE how much it will be, and agreed to make an appointment with me, was JP importz, no one else would tell me how much "we have to see it first" no one would agree to look at it while i was there" drop it off in the mrning we will call just as soon as we can get to it " . I took my car in to JP the Mechanic looked at it and then would you belive he took me to the car to show me what was wrong with it and what part we needed to order? he said when he gets the servo,,they will call me and i can bring it in, and that it should not take more than 90 mins to fix. so the lady in the office ( i think his wife) called me that same day, she was sweet and friendly , told me she got the part in ( yes, they got the part the same day) and i made an appointment to bring it in the next day ( like you would make at a salon for a cut...xept the mechanic was running on time !) i waited in a room that has a window that looks into the shop and garage, i can see him wrking on my car, as i wrkd on my lap top. in about 50 min he was done, and for all this i paid less than half what the dealer wanted, and it hardly took much of my day at all. I can't be more happy with my car now, gonna take it in for service, its time, and am happy to say it will cost a fraction of what the dealer is asking. Try them, they are good people.

My mom has a IS300 Lexus. Dealership quoted $1,200 for repairs. JPI did the work she needed for $289
I couldnt believe the dealership my mother bought the car from wanted so much for work we assumed would be covered under warranty!! Do they always suggest to repair more than the problem? My mother almost made a $1,000.00 error in judgement. Jason just made a loyal customer out of us! Too bad he is in Garland. The drive from Grand Prairie is alot for me. She is in Plano.... easy for her!

I just wish Jason could do the work on my 2000 Pontiac Trans-Am!!! :(
