I stayed here for a girls weekend just last week. Located right smack in the middle of downtown Dallas, you can't get any more "Dallas" than this. This place is pricey so just go ahead and get your wallet out. Don't be shocked in a place like this when valet parking is mandatory ($20/day). After checking in don't bother with your luggage, they'll bring it up to your room. This place is beautiful downstairs. Be sure to look around and explore at some point in your vacation. Queen Elizabeth stayed here in the 1800's so you know it's good! It's an old hotel so keep that in mind when you turn the key to your room.The rooms are a great size and the bedding is to die for! I slept like a dream. Also, there is a DVD player in your room so bring a movie if you'd like. This place is really great and I would recommend it, especially if you have an appreciation for things of historic nature.

I thought this hotel to be more basic and plain than the average four star hotel. I did not find this hotel to be very luxurious. It is pretty old and I think it could use renovation. The staff here were mostly nice. The food I had here was not that delicious and overpriced. However, location can't be beat.

The Adolphus is a great hotel that has been around forever. Their service is wonderful and can help you with anything in Dallas. It sits in a great location with easy access to both downtown and uptown hot spots. The decor is unmatched if you're looking for old-time class.

First Rate & World Class

The service at the Adolphus is absolutely impeccable. The staff is consistently friendly, caring, and helpful. Everyone really understands what customer service truly means. Jamal at the front desk is a star. The rooms are large and comfortable. Constant business travel can wear you down, and the Adolphus makes my travel something to look forward to whenever I'm in Dallas.
