We had a large leak under our house, and TCS came out, identified it and repaired it. It turned out to be a simpler fix than I'd feared, and a dishonest company could have taken advantage of us. TCS did the work in record time and charged a very fair price. We now use them for all of our plumbing needs, which is a 50+ year old house seems to be a semi-annual need.

I hired TCS to fix several items in my home. One item was fixed right the first time (toilet shim), the second item was fixed on a 2nd trip (shower drip), the 3rd item (leak in sink handle) took about 5 trips and was a bit disappointing but finally completed. Seemed like it was hit or miss on the right crew coming out who knew what they were doing. The Cust Serv mngr (Jimmy) was friendly and did help resolve the issue.
