Elsass Academy

This is a wonderful school. I adore the office staff. They are very attentive and take great care of the school and staff. The teachers are wonderful. A reflection of the school as a whole. We could not be happier. Even my picky mother thinks this Elsass is perfect.

Pros: Great staff

First off, this is my one and only experience with daycare so far. \r
I cannot say enough great things about the ladies who cared for my infant son. They provided a loving and caring environment for my son that I truly appreciate.\r
The front office was a different story. They got nicer when the tuition was due. The rest of the time, they could care less about helping you. The final straw came when we removed our son earlier than expected. They said they required a 30 days notice even though our copy of their policy said nothing of the sort (we looked three times). I understand policies change (their website does say 30 days) but 30 days seems excessive. We did end up paying for the month we did not use. They did tell us that if my sons spot were filled before the end of the month, they would prorate us the difference (they even put it in writing). I didnt think this would take too long since I worked with a person who was number 15 on their waiting list. However, the month pasted and apparently they could not fill the spot because we were never contacted about it.\r
I would recommend them to anyone who wants their child to be in a good daycare but doesnt mind putting up with the headaches of the front office. Again, the ladies in the infant room are amazing. To them I say, thank you.
