The most Horibble experience that I have ever had from shopping!!!! The salesman made me to go to the bank and get cash for $300 for the dress. When I got home I realized that she did not give me the reciept for the dress.later when I went to claim the reciept the very nonfriendly manager told me that there is a reciept for that dress for 96 dollars!!!! and Instead of taking responsibility she pretended that nothing has happend!!! I even asked for the store owner, she did not give me any contact information.
No managenment!!! salesmen can do wahtever they want to without any supervision.
No costumer service! no return! no exchange!

We understand that some of the policies and procedures practiced by the former owners were outdated, discourteous, and sometimes just down-right rude. We have a well-trained team of fashion consultants to help you make the next biggest event of your life more than just a dream, but a dream come true. We pride ourselves in creating clients for life and we understand the enormous value of word-of-mouth recommendations.

- Price matching
We will match the price of any dress you find in other stores or online. We just need undeniable proof that the dress we are matching to is the same designer, style, unused, and is still available to order from the other stores or sites.

- Re-organized merchandise
We have extensively rearranged the store and merchandise to be more assessable and shop-able. Whatchamacallit no longer looks like a garage sale of dresses. We still have an enormous selection of dresses, (over 100,000 dresses in stock and thousands more to order) but we have organized them so that our clients can find what they need easier.

- Clear and understandable polices
All of our clients are informed completely on each policy. We still have a strict no-return policy, but we will never do anything to trap a client into a purchase through any of our procedures.

If you have a special place to attend, like a prom, dance, function this place has the dresses. It is a bit overwhelming and somewhat unorganized on how the staff runs the place. Don'f feel they are the most friendliest and helpful. Prices are somewhat reasonable.

I got "Pre-Approval" from their manager to get a full refund if I returned a dress THE NEXT DAY.
Guess what? "You're stuck with the dress. We won't take it back. Screw you.

They have a large selection of dresses, but they follow you around the store the whole time you are in there. They make me feel real uncomfortable. It's like they think I;m going to steal something. Their pricing is high also.
