Corky's Brick Oven Pizzeria

Corky's pizza is very good and authentic. It's a little bit more expensive than what you get in a chain but well worth the price. The only problem I've encountered was being in there at closing time and the owner yelling at staff for taking late orders. Very uncomfortable.

The first time I walked into Corky's they were roasting green bell peppers in the brick oven and the smell was heavenly. This is true auth Brick oven pizza. If you like uniform cookie cutter pizza Corky's is not for you. The crust is sorta round with crispy edges. They homemade red and white sauce is like none other I have ever had. If you are a Pizza Lover you have to try Corky's, you will not be disappointed. I would stay away from the salads, just iceberg and carrots with prepackaged dressings. The place is very simple with really no atomsphere, you can get pizza take out. Everyone we have sent to Corky's has thanked us!

I've only been there once, but was really impressed with the pizza. Also, it's really cool that they cook in a real brick oven which makes the pizza have a really crispy crust. I'm looking forward to going back. The service was great and the only complaint was that the salad was average.
