Lsat Intensive Review

I'm afraid Mr. Tom Lowry's scam is reaching much further than Texas. I enrolled my daughter who attends Luther College in Decorah, Iowa in his LSAT intensive review course for $349 and was taken just as all the others have mentioned....no class offered and no refund as promised. For all of you out there that have been taken by this guy you need to call the Austin Police detective in charge of this case at 974-5301. As many of the rest of you have done, I filed a complaint with the Central Texas Better Business Bureau and the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, both got no response from Tom Lowry. I was advised to file a claim in Concilliation Court, but that would require me to go to Texas for the Hearing, not a good payback situation and I doubt he would appear anyway. Somehow we need to figure a way to file a lean on his property. Can anyone out there help us with that????

My wife and I were scammed too with such prepcourse for her. Thomas J. Lowry is the individual who is committing the fraud. We just filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas since BBB was unable to contact the business. I would suggest for all of us to file a complaint to put pressure otherwise this man will continue to committ fraud.

This is not a legit business. They will take your money, register you for a class, cancel the class, and then NOT refund you back your $399. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and still no resolution. After the BBB tried to contact them with no response, the BBB closed the complaint. Now I'm out $399 of my hard working money that I could use to feed my children. I'm still PO
