we worked very hard to help this customer ...we had sent two different sets of rebates because the customer claimed the first set were never mailed but by the time the second set was sent it was out of the rebate time frame.......but clearly by the rules stated on the rebate it is the customers responsiblity to secure all receipts and rebates at time of purchase which this customer failed to do.........this is also why most companys that offer these type rebates have the forms right on their websites and as far as all her appliances going out on her in the first month this statement is totally untrue this customers only complaint was with her dishwasher and it was repaired in short order by the company that it was warr. through................

RUN.. DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM ADVANCED APPLIANCE  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST APPLIANCE BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I WAS PROMISED A REBATE FROM THE MANUFACTURER, BUT WHEN I RECIEVED THE FORMS THEY WERE OUTDATED, AND USELESS. BUT I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD BACK DATE THEM FOR ME.. SOUNDED A BIT SHADY TO ME. I TOLD THE OWNER THAT I EXPECTED THEM TO EITHER ARRANGE A REBATE WITH THE MANUFACTURER OR TO WRITE ME A CK THEMSELVES. THEY REFUSED. AND ALL OF THIS AFTER I SPENT 4500.00. MY DISHWASHER, (ALL APPLIANCES PUT IN ARE KITCHENAID) BROKE IMMEDIATELY, THEY WOULD DO NOTHING, TOLD ME I HAD TO GO TO KITCHENAID WITH MY PROBLEM. IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO GET IT FIXED, WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE JUST BEEN EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER ONE. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. RUN RUN.. GO TO SEARS, CONNS ANYONE BUT THESE PEOPLE!!!

Buyer Beware  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I am truly sorry I purchased my appliances there. I bought a range, microwave and dishwasher. I was quoted $225-$250 f or installation by the owner however the delivery/installer wanted to charge me $375! I protested and he agreed to take $325. He installed my mircowave just fine. Then they brought in my range. It was very damaged. The delivery/installer said he picked it up that way. This is NOT the stove I picked out. I picked out from the showroom floor and it was in perfect condition except for a few scratches on the side. I called the owner very upset and they said they would take it back and send a different one. I drove out there to make sure it would be acceptable before they delivered it. I thought it would be OK but after hooking it up I found that the top of it is not secure. Then on to the dishwasher. It leaked so I called and told them so. The repair person came out and said it was a factory defect and would have to be fixed by a factory rep. Since I had not used it I told them to forget that and pick it up. The owner called and asked if he could send a different tech out to fix and I told him no, just pick it up and if you don't have one in perfect condition just give me my money back. They sent a different machine out with scratches on the front and a damaged drain hose..which the repair person told me had to be a KitchenAid. Then he said he didn't have one and those things just can't be bought the same day so I told him to take the dishwasher away. The owner called and said he found a hose and would bring it buy that same afternoon. After the bait and switch with the range and now this, I just asked for my money back. He hung up on me and refused to take my calls. After a lot of grief my money was returned. Bottom line is that the savings is not that great and when something goes wrong it is HELL to get it right. I would not recommend Advanced Appliance at all.

A Place I Trust for Repairs  5 Star Rating - World class

I had a microwave that had problems and I called Advanced Appliance. They were very friendly and gave me alot of information on the phone. They were able to work on it quickly and get it back to me. I thought the price was very reasonable. I felt like I could trust them with all appliance repairs. I have not bought an appliance from them, but I hear they have good prices. I will give them a shot if I ever have to buy one. I like doing business with locally owned businesses.

Good Service with Helpful Advice  4 Star Rating - Very good

We have used Advanced Appliance for their repair services when we had trouble with a gas leak in our oven. We didn't have to wait an outrageous time for the service, the repairman showed up when he said he would be there, and the repair was completed fairly quickly. About a week later we once again could smell natural gas in our kitchen and called to Advanced Appliance. They put me on the phone with the repairman who completed the service and after hearing the new problems, he gave us advice on where the problem was likely coming from and how to test it and tighten the connection. With his help we were able to take care of the problem ourselves, rather than facing another service call fee.

Skip SEARS  5 Star Rating - World class

This place has fantastic prices on large kitchen appliances. Most are "damaged" which in most cases means the box was dented. We bought a freezer that was in perfect condition (we thought) for a fantastic price. It arrived, had a problem right away, so we called them. They brought us out a new one (it was even bigger than the one we originally purchased) right away. They will take care of you.
