Rolands Roofing Company Incorporated

The service and performace of this company is the greatest. Roland's Roofing is so fortunate to have Robert Moyer as their Field Coordinator. Robert is amazingly responsive and has returned all of my calls within 15 minutes or less. Several years ago, I needed the flat roof portion of my home replaced and got quotes from three contractors. The highest bid was $11,461, the second highest was for $9,300, and the lowest was $6,250 from Roland's Roofing. Having been the homebuilding business in the 80's, I know to be wary when there is such a wide range in the price quotes. I had never done business with Roland's Roofing before, but I just had a gut feeling Roland's could perform. I turned out to be right and the job was completed promptly and satisfactorily in accordance with industry standards. The clean-up was excellent. You could hardly tell a roofing crew had been on the site. Recently, I had Roland's come out and deal with damage that had been done by squirrels eating through part of a vaulted roof overhang and building a nest between the roof decking and the soffit. Not only did Robert have a crew out to my home the next day and complete the job the same day, the cost was several thousands of dollars less than a company who had given me a quote about six months prior. I would not hesitate to recommend Rolands Roofing to anyone. They are top-notch.

I was told that we didn't have to be there for the estimate. I spoke to the estimator & I told him my husband works 2 miles away from the house and could meet him but the estimator couldn't give me a time when he would be there. After waiting for almost 2 weeks; I called to check on what happened to my estimate (thinking maybe it got lost in the mail) but the receptionist couldn't find it and said it was probably misplaced. This tells me that the $5,000.00 job wasn't important enough to them...must be nice considering the economy.

When I made the call into Roland's, I got a call back within the hour. The service person checked my roof by the end of the day and gave me an excellent quote. He was friendly, fast and courteous. The whole job was smooth and I would absolutely recommend Roland's Roofing to anyone!

When calling for a quote they didnt want to take the time to help. They took 3 days to call me back just to set up an appointment for a quote. Then before even looking at my roof they ran down a list of possibilities and prices for thos potential problems. High and tacky!
