Never showed up! Set up an appointment in advance, called to confirm an hour before. Never showed up, didn't answer phone when I called to find out if they were on the way.

this Company, first made an appointment to fix my appliance after 4pm. I gave them my cell phone number at asked them to call me at that number. Then called at 6pm to another number, but not the one I had provided, to say they were not coming but would call first thing in the morning to reschedule for the following afternoon. After not hearing from them the following morning, I called them at which time I was told they had tried numerous phone numbers and did not get anyone! They told me they could not come out until tomorrow morning at which time I told them to forget it and I would find someone else to repair my appliance. Will not use again!!

Don't call this company for serCustomer Service is terrible!! I was looking for some pipe i ask a worker near by if he could help me he tell's me to (go over there and see what we got and if you can't find anything i dont what to tell you)...i dident come to him to tell him to goo look my self i ask you for some help!!! doosh bag! DO NOT GO HERE waste of time!! vice

I usually use Arrow, but for a new AC drain I needed I used the AC company's plumber since they were slightly Cheaper ($30), but they cut corners through the entire process and I had issues with the work soon after they were done ( did not cover whole in my wall, noisy pipes, and damage in the area they worked). Arrow came out and fixed the issues the other company left. The $30 difference was not worth it. I'll never use another plumber - Arrow is my choice every-time from now on.

I just made a new account on insiderpages and this is my first post.
I was looking at Arrow Plumbing's reviews. All of them are positive. Most have similar sentence syntax. All of them are posted by reviewers with only one post.
Does this seem unusual to anyone else?
I am putting 5 stars so as not to mess up their ratings.

Came by to my house for a sink issue. Nice and professional and very talkative plumber. Was pitching how good the company was all along his work. Gave me a quote for $ 317 + the $ 79 he had charged for the diagnostic. I think he did a good job , put i think they are very pricy. Good thing, their work is under warranty. I guess you pay for the warranty and professionalism. I know a handy man could have done it for $ 150. :)

Arrow Plumbing is very professional from the first phone call for service to the plumbers working in your home. The plumbers who show up at your home are dressed professionally, no tacky "butt cracks" to worry about! They are courteous and polite, explain everything about the service you are receiving from the minute they walk through the door (ON TIME) until the service is complete
We just installed a new tankless water heater within 24 hours after the old water heater "died". They faxed my quote to me at work and an authorization to pay via credit card the same morning that I called for service and my water heater was installed the next morning.
We have used Arrow Plumbing prior to the installation of the tankless water heater and have always been satisfied with the wonderful service. We will not hesiatate to call them again and will be happy to recommend Arrow Plumbing to our friends and neighbors.

I had a problem with a drain/vent issue in a house and called to ask them to perform a service that I thought would help. Ann called one of their master plumbers who diagnosed the problem over the phone, told me he would be glad to come out to look, remove the toilet and mini-cam the line but that it would not fix the problem, and offered suggestions on what to do to alleviate the issue without major repairs. No charge. Try that with anybody else. The next time I need plumbing they will get the call and price will not be the consideration - You do get what you pay for!

I called these guys on Friday and they were ready to show up late Monday or Tuesday morning. I mentioned I needed the work done by noon so I could get to work and they lady dispatcher made a couple of calls with the techs and worked around my schedule.
I received a call on Monday morning letting me know when the certified plumber would arrive and he was on time. I was already prepped before hand on the flat rate fee that gets charged on top of and regardless of work completed.
The individual that came out was very professional in appearance and actions. He was thorough in all explanations and gave multiple options in how to fix the problem. There was no pressure sales of "yes you could go with the minimum but you will just be calling me 90 days from now to install the maximum priced option".
The guy also shows up with a nice size truck that is basically a rolling inventory of parts. So no issue in identifying the problem and then re-scheduling for them to go get the parts and come back out to fix the problem.
My only con is the price, but not really a con, because I believe you get what you pay for. With the extra cost you get an experienced certified tech that is courteous, professional, and knows what he is doing.
And yes he did wear the booties that everyone else comments about...
Overall a good experience.

WHAT EVER needs fixin' in your abode in the way of plumbing, bathroom or kitchen can be fixed promptly, perfectly, and as promised! Arrow has been my friendly plumber for many years, through many needs. Love the surgical booties they wear on their shoes and their clean uniforms: there is no mess when they leave either. Dread the blll, but one gets what they pay for, and then some!
Arrow Plumbing reacts very quickly and professionally. I have a couple of rentals and Arrow deals directly with my tenants in an extremely professional manner. Highly reccommend!
I am so glad that I use Arrow Plumbing. As a single female who owns a home and is responsible for the management of my boss's home I would not know who else to use other than Arrow Plumbing. All members of the company are the wonderful. I rely on them for honest, timely and top-notch technical service. I'm not just a "nameless" caller on the telephone. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone calling and requesting their assistance with any plumbing needs.

Arrow Plumbing is a top notch family-owned company. All of their plumbers have been very professional, competent, and a true delight to work with. I appreciate their attention to detail (they even put on booties to keep the carpet clean) and the quality of their work is truly unmatched. I like what they call their ?straight forward pricing? ? the price they quote, is they price you pay (instead of paying by the hour and having someone linger for 3 hours on what should be a 30 minute job)! I highly recommend Arrow Plumbing and have nothing but the best to say about this company.

We have used Arrow for over 20 years. They never fail to be on time, get the job done at a reasonable cost. Provide excellent service and follow up. We would never use another plumbing company.

A year ago, I called Arrow Plumbing because I was having trouble with my old water heater. The water heater we had was rusted old and probably too small for the house we have anyway. The plumber and his helper showed up to my door and put on these red slipper things on their feet to protect my carpet--Kind of cool. I have never seen that before, but I appreciated the fact that they actually seemed to care about me and my home. Anyway, the plumber gave me several estimates for different water heaters and I chose to go with a tankless. The guys were actually able to put it in that very day. That night I took the longest shower of my life! I am very happy with my tankless water heater and I was very happy with this company being able to install it the same day I needed it. Overall I am happy.

I never thought I would write a review for a plumbing company, but this one is worth writing about! I am use to plumbers being very unprofessional, but these guys we up front with what everything would cost and how they were going to repair my water leak in the front yard from the very beginning. They drove up in their bight yellow truck and were very courteous in explaining exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix. They were great from beginning to end and YES I WILL USE THEM AGAIN!
$79 service call + quoted over $200 + tax to install a new toilet and remove the old one. Total with tax would be over $300 and cost more than the toilet itself. Call someone else to install a toilet!
Provided me with great service and were very professional. Will definitely use again in the future.

Arrow detected and fixed a number of leaks that occurred after I had my foundation repaired. They even emailed me the video inspection of my pipes for my records. I still love my tankless water heater Arrow put in months ago too. Very professional company.

Did the work and the jury is still out on that one...in the meantime they were unprofessional and had no customer service skills. Do not feel they were trustworthy either. Would not recommend to anyone.
