Fashion Optical

Loved the atmosphere ! Doctor and staff went above and beyond my expectations ! The day I was there Troy Aikman was in there shopping, if it's good enough for him it's good enough for me ! Customer for life !

this place rocks!!! the place is hopping with the coolest music & by far the best selection of frames in the area!!! added plus is the awesome customer service you get there--their optical people were totally helpful & knowledgeable---i'd go there just to "chew the fat" with them. oh, yeah--the prices are the lowest in town. i'm sending all of my friends & family there. i'm definitely going to be a customer there for life. oh my god--everyone go there to get glasses!!!!!!!!

I visited Fashion Optical for the first time over the weekend. I had the best time! the staff was very friendly and informative. They have a great selection of frames and were very reasonably priced. I have told everyone about Fashion Optical, I was very impressed!

First off I should have looked at the reviews before I went in there. The parking is terrible, the doctor in the back of the store cannot write a prescription that is correct. I had to go to another place to get the correct prescription, I don't know what school gave him a degree. Second they are always "out of stock" or "back ordered" on the nice frames. The prices outside say "this and that" off and do not offer any types of discounts, they are very rude to customers and get argumentive. If you want to waste your time and be talked to like your money is "small" as I was told by "THE OWNER" then go ahead. I have to take time to go to another doctor when I went to FASHION OPTICAL ON OAKLAWN AND LEMMON and it should have been done right the first time. Go there and you will see.

Maybe times have changed since the 2005 review, but I had the worst experience there. The staff and management were rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Nor were the prices particularly good or better than others in the area, and the selection was mediocre at best.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Parking is horrible but worth getting products from this store. You can find very expensive lenses for very inexpensive prices.
