A great baby store to check out when you are expecting, have kids or are looking for a baby gift. They carry a lot of items that you will not find at other stores and the service is great. When you ask them a question they can answer it in depth! If there is something particular you are looking for they probably carry it or can help you get it. They offer a registry too.

I am expecting so I've been doing a lot of baby shopping in Austin lately. The ladies at Baby Coco are so friendly and attentive, unlike some of the other shops I've been in recently. Baby Coco is my favorite baby store in Austin!

This is cute little store with high end baby furniture, custom order linens, and other baby gifts for your sweet little baby. Although the prices are not cheap, the quality is good, and the items are more boutique-like and therefore more unique.They also can hold baby showers for you in this little space. The sales associates are very nice too. I really like shopping here when I want to get a very special, impressive gift for a new mom.
PROS: Luxury gifts for your baby.
CONS: Prices.

I ordered a product from this store and was told the expected delivery time was 4-6 weeks, but after 8 weeks, no product had arrived. So, I contacted the store, and was told that they were waiting for a status update from the manufacturer and would get back to me. Finally, my order arrived two weeks or so later. When I looked at the invoice on my order, it was evident to me that Baby Coco actually ordered my product from the manufacturer on the same date that they told me that they were awaiting a status update on the order. While I don't know who lost the order, Baby Coco never acknowledged to me the error or apologized for the delay. While I might expect that kind of service from a Babies 'R Us, I expect more from a high end boutique store. All in all, I was not impressed.

The owner and sales associate were very very friendly, offering me water and a seat in a super comfy mommy glider as I browsed. The store has a great art selection for kids rooms, and quite a large assortment of products for such a small space. It has a cozy feel which makes it easy to imagine what it would feel like in your own home. I even wanted to buy their display pieces.
Cons: Not necessarily a con but...it is high end

Impeccable customer service - the women at Baby Coco have wonderful design skills and incredible patience and service. I wanted my baby's nursery to be perfect and they made it happen! They also have the most beautiful things - my crib is handmade and my bedding is one of a kind. I couldn't be happier!!!

We got bunkbeds for my older son at Baby Coco recently and were REALLY pleased with both the product and the personalized service. The store manager really listened to what we wanted and helped us find it. Basically it's similar to Pottery Barn, but a better price and more color selections. Also, recently I needed a baby shower gift and was able to call the store with a price range and they helped me shop over the phone. It was wrapped and ready for check out when I got there. Love that!

baby coco is a magical experience from the moment you walk in the precious purple door... the women are fun and friendly and eager to cater to your every nursery whim and desire! the possibilities are endless as you seek to create a nursery perfectly customized to fit you & your baby. there are priceless keepsakes, precious books, one of a kind blankets, outfits, and gifts. baby coco is worth every penny, the nursery you create will be priceless!
