We have used Cornerstone for two different home purchases, and their service has been outstanding. Everything went smoothly at both closings. Also, the loan officer waited until the rates dropped before locking our rate, so we got the best rate available at the time. We would use them again. The fees seemed a bit higher than other chain mortgage companies, but the excellent service was worth every penny.
