Better Vision Ctr

Junk glasses fell apart less then a year. No warranty, no repair offered, highly do not recommend. At a minimum eye glasses should last at least a year without abuse. A good business would offer some sort of free repair if they wanted return business. Obviously, this place does not see the light!

Have been a customer for almost 3 years.... spent close to $1400. total on three pairs of glasses. Recently took in first pair for repair and when returned one of the lenses was cracked. Was told they couldn't do anything to remedy their damage to me. Better half now needs new glasses, but we will go somewhere else from now on. She has been a customer there many years and got me there, but we will now be leaving together. Very poor customer service from most everyone there that we've dealt with except for an older guy named Roderick and awhile back from a lady named Rhonda; they both are excellent, but newest "young" management is very disappointing. Too many kids working in there and with little to no customer skills. Better Visions is by no means cheap and now that their customer service is pretty much gone it's time to move on.
Very pleased with the doctors, though.

Although I liked that this location was inside the mall, the store itself is too small. The store has an organized display of glasses for customers to try on and decide on. However, the staff is quite friendly and the doctors are good. I have simply had a better experience at another similar business.

PROS: Good doctors
CONS: Location too small

I got my first contact lense prescription over at this place. It is inside the mall so you can go shopping to eliminate the wait time. Service is great, I think the Dr. is pretty young and cute..hehe..
