Fantastic Massage at an affordable price
by HG34
I loved it! I had a wonderful massage and received wonderful service! I felt amazing afterwards and the price was exceptional! I highly recommend this spa to anyone who lives or works in the Galleria area. Plus, they are open later than most salons. I work in the Galleria area so it was nice to be able to find a place to get a massage at later in the evening.

Awesome Facials!! Ask for Wilma

I've been coming to see Wilma for facials for the last 10 months and she is always so sweet, knowledgeable and consistent. She has the best touch and she really caters to my needs. I love all the little extra things she does that other facialists don't. I highly recommend her to all my girlfriends!!

Perfect Spa Gift
by otay928
I recently purchased a gift certificate for my sister. It was actually a last minute gift, but it was a good save. She absolutely loved her gift. The gift certificate was for massage and facial. She was very appreciative that I bought her this gift certificate, especially since she?s always busy and rarely has time to pamper herself. She loved the facial because it cleared up the blackheads on her face. And the massage was just very relaxing; it was just what she needed to get her recharged. After her services where done, she came out looking fresher, younger, and completely relaxed.

My back pain still consist
by kalle123
I?ve never been to get massage before; it?s been a luxury that I really cannot afford as a student. But, I?ve had a big knot in my shoulder for the last month, which has been causing me some pain. I finally decided to take some of my savings to be able to pay for a massage that would help me. I scheduled an appointment for deep tissue massage since I guessed that Swedish massage would be way to soft for my problem.
I arrive to the spa and am told that the previous customer had been a bit late so my appointment would start five or ten minutes later. I ended up waiting 25 minutes before it was my turn (but sure, they gave me 10-15 minutes extra as compensation).
The massage therapist didn?t ask me why I was there or what problems I might have. She tells me that she will give me Swedish massage and some deep tissue massage. Mostly it was Swedish massage I got. She might be good at giving Swedish massages, but I don?t really know since I?ve never been to massage before, and also I wanted, and paid for, deep tissue massage.
My knot and my back pain still consist. The only thing that is reduced is my food budget for the coming months.
When I paid, the receptionist said that the massage therapist had told her that I wanted more deep tissue. So she told me that the next time that I would come (I?m sorry, but I really can?t afford a next time based on this experience), she would schedule an appointment with their male massage therapist since men have more strength and muscles to give deep tissue massage. But, what is the point of making a reservation for deep tissue massage if the massage therapist doesn?t have the strength to give it?
So, if you are looking for an effective deep tissue massage ? go somewhere else.

Great facails!! Made my skin GLOW and look years younger!!
by Angs
I've been coming to see Wilma at Cosmo for facials for the last 9 months and she is always so sweet, knowledgeable and consistent. She has the best touch and she really caters to my needs. I love all the little extra things she does that other facialists in the past didn't do. Seriously, my skin always glows when I leave from a session with her, and I feel and look years younger. For those of us in our 30's or 40's, the quest for younger-looking skin is a facial away with Wilma. I highly recommend her to all my girlfriends!!

Heavenly Massage
by hcedar
I go to many spas and I have been to many massage therapists. Rarely do I ever come across a therapist as talented as Sara at Cosmo Day Spa. She knew exactly what areas to go to and at just the right pressure. The spa itself is kinda small, but very cozy and pretty with cool jewelry for sale. In a smaller spa like this, the therapists can usually give you more of the attention you deserve and don't mind going a few minutes over without an extra charge. I left feeling like a million bucks and knot-free!! You can believe I?m a regular now!
Pros: Massages

I got my mother a package at this old crapy looking place because of friend referral. At arrival of spa or cheap jewelry store i ran into the owner yelling in some language. The other lady at the front desk was nice but the owner look at me like a less of person or the fool that was buying the new prada bt mother felt the ladies did a great job for the spa/ jewelry store but i wont spend my money there again for a gift

Mother's day
by jenvandy
My son celebrated mother's day with me 2 Sundays ago because he was relocating out of the country for a new job and wouldn't be here for mother's day. He gave me a day of pampering gift certificate. It was amazing!! And I was treated like a queen. The massage was amazing and the facial made my skin glow (my skin still feels like a million bucks!). Loved the service and the knowledgeable staff. I'm hooked and look forward to going back soon.

Hidden Gem
by tara1127
I received a gift certificate for valentines day and scheduled a message a couple of weeks ago. It was extremely easy to make an appointment and they were even understanding when I arrived a little late. The massage therapist was very welcoming and sat down to discuss what I wanted out of the session before we began.
Once in the room I felt very comfortable undressing and getting on to the very nice warm table. She really went above and beyond explaining what she was doing and allowing me to relax -- I was nervous as this was my first massage. She was even nice enough to give me some extra time (FREE OF CHARGE!!) to survey some other techniques to keep in mind for my next massage.
I left extremely pleased and would recommend this to everyone of all ages to enjoy. This is truly a hidden gem of Houston!
Pros: Customer service, massages

Brazilian wax with very little pain
by ErickaHann
I started going to Cosmo several months ago, but this was my first Brazilian wax. I was nervous and anxious. Wilma who usually does my bikini wax, did my Brazilian wax. She seriously has the softest touch.
She made me feel comfortable and she talked me through the whole process to help distract me from what she was doing. It didn't hurt at all like I thought it would. Actually, there was no more pain than the regular wax she gives me.
My other girlfriends always talk about how much it hurts, but they've obviously never gone to Wilma. If you are looking for a clean, PAINLESS bikini or Brazilian wax, you really need to try Wilma at Cosmo.
Pros: Brazilian and bikini Wax, Hours of operation

VERY Relaxing Facial
by aggie33
I just had a facial and it was exhilarating. The aesthetician (Wilma) had the lightest touch and very relaxing. The whole feel and look of the spa is original and appealing to the senses. The customer service was fantastic.......from the moment I walked through the door I was taken care of. This Spa experience is worth every penny. I've heard that the body treatment are to die for!!!!!!! I am definitely going back and bringing some girlfriends with me.

Fantastic Therapeutic Massage
by marilyns
I've gotten massages from many other places, several much more expensive, but Bella at Cosmo Day Spa was the best ever.
I work in the Galleria so it was super convenient for me to walk over to the spa. I came in with a throbbing headache and overwhelmed after a stressful day at work. At the end of the massage my headache was completely gone and, I am not kidding, colors seemed brighter.
I have had a knot in my right shoulder off and on for the past 2 years that no other massage therapist has been able to get to. Because Bella took the time to listen to me before the massage, she knew exactly what to do and I am now knot-free. She also passed on to me a wealth of professional knowledge about my body and how it works.
I highly recommend Bella and Cosmo Day Spa to anyone and will most definitely be going back!
Pros: massage and knowledgeable staff
Cons: can't think of any

Heavenly Facial with Wilma
by Cindygogo
I had a facial with Wilma and it was pure heaven. It was so relaxing that I had to fight to stay awake. I didn't want to doze off because it was so enjoyable. Also, the facial was not painful, like some I've had in the past at other salons. She waxed my brows perfectly and it was the least painful waxing experience ever. She shared her expertise with me but didn't pressure me to buy products. I have already recommended this spa to family members.
Pros: Facials, products, staff, and cleanliness

Highly recommend Cosmo Day Spa
by Katymom
I recently decided to get electrolysis and was referred to Cosmo by a friend. I found the staff to be very professional and accommodating and am extremely pleased with my results. I was also happy to see that they carry Guinot products and plan to go in for a facial soon. Location is great, as you can plan a day of shopping at the Galleria and then finish off the day with a spa treatment. Perfect!
Pros: Professional staff, location
Cons: What are the drawbacks?

Terminated Employee
by luisaballeza29
I used to go to Cosmo, when Mahnaz was working there, it is a great place!! The only thing is that she spread bad rumors about this place, even though she worked there for 10 years. Overall I stopped coming here because she left, and because all the negative things I heard. About a two years ago I started coming back, because this is the only place that does the best facials. I have been to other spa?s, but they charge so much more, and do no extractions. At other spas the main thing you pay for is the beauty of the spa itself. At Cosmo you pay for the quality and service of the work they employees do, and I get 10% off for working in the mall.
Pros: Great Service, Facials, Late Hours
Cons: Guinot products go fast at this spa.

Disturbing to say the least
by ShayMezoni
I have never been more compelled to leave a review as I felt tonight. I would never recommend this place to friend or foe. It is not a spa. Spa is a place for invigoration and relaxation. This is far from this description. I used to be a customer here. Renovations? There are none. The only thing good about this spa is the location. There are many other REAL spa's in the uptown area. Even down Westhemer. I would never ever go through the hassel of the traffic and the parking to walk into a convenience store of a "spa" for a treatment just to go home and and pluck the hairs missed on my eyebrows or finish my own facial. This place is sad. This place is old. I have read many reviews on this site and I agree with the other user, I do believe it is written by instore personnel. I would hope that city search would have better screening. It's an ill attempt to fool the public. All the public has to do is walk by your store, I mean spa.
And I agree with the previous customers. Don't contact me. Don't offer me anything. I'd rather pay triple the amount and get real service.
Pros: There is an exit door
Cons: A Lot

Best Facials in Houston
by tanitan
My husband and I recently moved to Houston and I've been desperately looking for a new facialist.....well I've found her, Wilma. I am an aesthetician and owned my own salon in Austin......trust me......Wilma is fabulous! Plus, this spa is one of the only places in Houston that you can purchase Rene Guinot and Murad products (THE best for your skin).
Pros: Great facials.....you get a full hour instead of 50 minutes

Great Hours of Operation!!
by doctorluv
With the hours that I work it is hard to find a salon that is open late and has appointments available that correspond with my schedule. I discovered this spa last night as I was walking out of Macy's and was able to get my legs, bikini, and upper lip waxed at 7:30pm!! Since they are located in the Galleria, they have the same hours as the mall so that means they are open on Sundays too! I'm hooked. If I'm paying for the service, I think the I should go when it's convenient for MY schedule.
Pros: Hours are the same as the Galleria so they are open til 9pm every day and open Sundays too

I walked in to get a manicure and pedicure but they were booked. They had availability for a facial so I ended up getting a facial instead. I was amazed at the reasonable prices and the accommodating staff. Wilma did my facial and I'm very impressed with her work (my skin looks awesome!). If you're in the Galleria, you don't want to miss this place. Worth every dime spent!
Pros: Great staff, impressive prices, Wilma (Aesthetician)
Cons: Galleria parking

What Happened??
by laurieBiggs
I have visited this spa a couple of times about 3 years ago, so I was (pleasantly) surprised when my fiance' gave me a "Day of Pampering" gift certificate at Christmas for this spa. I can't say that I remember exactly what the spa looked like before, but upon walking in, I immediately noticed that the entry felt more spacious and relaxed and I was enthusiastically greeted by the staff. Although it had been a while since my last visit, they still had a file on me and my massage therapist remembered I had some knee problems. That kind of customer service speaks volumes to me.
From the moment I was greeted until the moment I walked out the door the staff made me feel relaxed, appreciated and special. All of my treatments and therapists were simply divine. I was even introduced to new products for my face with 3 week's supply of free samples! I've already made my next facial appointment with Rosalind and will definitely purchase the samples she gave me.
This experience was so much more memorable than my last. I have since bought a gift certificate for my sister and have been telling everyone who will listen that this place is a hidden gem, not to be missed. If you want to be treated as if you were the ONLY client in the place and NOT break the bank....this is the place for you.
Pros: Services Offered, Intimate, Personalized Service, and Magical atmosphere

Amazing Service!!!!
by JackiePham
This place is a hidden gem. They have great services, and great prices. I have been going to the place for well over two months. I usually go in to get Electrolysis by Maryam threading by shami, and facials by Rosalind. The procedure of Electrolysis is wonderful within the last two months, I have had great results, and my hair has not grown back as fast. Rosalind is very gentle with your face, and she does a wonderful job with extraction. This place is just great.
Pros: Great Service!! Evening Service.
Cons: Bad Location!

by argieanna07
I came from NY to Houston for the first time for my sisters wedding. I passed by cosmo and gave them a call. The customer service from the start was excellent. Gianna was very welcoming, and after speaking with her for just a few min I made my appt for a facial. Rosalind was excellent!! She made me feel like I had been going there for yrs. The products made my skin glow and I was very happy when I left. It's a small, inexpensive salon, with a home feel. When I return to Houston I will def be going back!

Very Accommodating
by Sahara222
My boss gave me a gift certificate to this spa for my birthday so I decided to try it out. I work in the financial tower inside the Galleria, and surprisingly I had never been to Cosmo before. My boss is a regular customer and has been one for over a decade.
When I made my appointment, I booked a manicure and a pedicure but upon arrival to my appointment I asked if I could switch my appointment to a facial. With a few phone calls and very little wait I was able to get the facial that I wanted instead. Most spas would not be nearly as accommodating!
The facial itself was awesome. I have acne-prone skin but the woman who worked on me assured me that my skin would look better afterwards and with continued use of the right products for my skin type, my skin will continue to improve. My appointment was over a month ago (September 9), and to this day, my skin continues to get better each passing week. It seems to have a natural glow to it.
I highly recommend this spa if your looking for an accommodating salon with educated staff that can help you find the right solution to your skin problems. Overall, I'm excited to have discovered this hidden gem in the Galleria!
Pros: Skincare Products, Staff, Convenient
Cons: None

I'm being kind with the one star
by BHinojosa
I'm glad to see that the salon reads (and probably writes the raving reviews) this site. Good. I have a complaint to give to you. I came to your salon and expected top care, you refer to it as tranquil in your web site. I hope that you also visit the dictionary site as much as you visit this one. Not to be mean, but I agree with the previous concerns, your salon is not a spa at all. It's a store. With space for procedures (what you call treatments). I wish to not be contacted regarding my experience. I don't care what you want to give me, I refuse to return. I don't even want a refund, but from your policies you guys dont give refunds for anything. Even if YOU told me to buy the wrong product (true story, won't go into details). I am just saddened to see the desperation that your personnel are taking to make your space look nice. So here is some advice instead of typing up fake (you fool no one) compliments on a website take the same effort and turn your space around, believe me; you have potential.

I am a client of Vilma...or Wilma (as some reviewers have mistakenly said) but her name is Vilma. She is great, just trust me, you have to feel her hands at work. I must also state the following, some of those small unknow places have the best hidden talent.

Just say NO
by JoanJonas
INo offense but who goes to a spa and gets serviced by 3-4 different people? CLUSTER CARE mean anything to this place? The top spa's know customers enjoy continuity and 3-4 people working (one doing facial, one doing massage, one doing manicure) makes no sense and is not what us customers prefer. So let me get down to it. I am a true wold traveler and enjoy spas weekly. This place is a retail space with rooms in the back. I strongly suggest and maintain to anyone looking for a spa to deviate from any path that leads you here. Save your money. Rooms are small, closterphobic, the professional,so called, reps talk continously. the bicker among each other which is a big no no with the guests.
On the other hand the only thing here that is good is a massage. But even that is not worth the headache of going through so-so service and product placements.

Excellent facial
by gabbyso
Recently went to Cosmo Day Spa for the first time for a facial. The entire experience was great. The staff was very warm and welcoming. My facial (with Rosalind) was excellent. She really took her time and the facial was really relaxing. She is very knowledgable and really explained some things I could do to improve the look of my skin, without being pushy or trying to force sell products. I did buy the Guinot moisturizer and have to say that I absolutely love it. She also gave me some samples for some bleaching cream and eye gel that I've been using. My skin looked great after the facial and the moisturizer and other products are helping me to see continued improvement in my skin. Would definately recommend Cosmo Day Spa to anyone looking to get a high-quality facial.
Pros: Excellent facial, professional staff

I was shopping in the Galleria the other day and, on a whim, decided to treat myself to a facial. Lucky for me, I was able to get in for a quick facial at Cosmo. It was truly relaxing and the quality of the products used was obvious. My skin is glowing and looks just fantastic. It was a perfect end to a great day of shopping!
Pros: Location, attentive staff.

Longest Lasting Manicures and Pedicures
by Julietas
I recently went to Cosmo Day Spa for a little time to myself and to be pampered, thanks to a gift certificate that I received for my birthday. The spa itself is larger than it looks and far surpassed my expectations. I work in the service industry so customer service is a VERY sensitive area for me. Everyone from the receptionist who greeted me to the owner of the spa was extremely attentive and provided excellent customer service.
I had a facial with Rosalind and it was up there with the best of them. Rosalind was very knowledgeable about the products and their affects on the skin. I knew I should be washing my face, but I never knew why. Rosalind explained to me how the steps and how the products worked with my skin. Let me mention, I do not like to be pushed on products! However, she was very sincere about her recommendations and I felt like they were specifically for me and not just for her "quota."
I also had a massage that was FABULOUS! My massage therapist, Sara, has great hand pressure, which is essential for me. Last but far from least, Wilma did my manicure and pedicure. She was the sweetest lady I have met, she's very precise when doing French tips, and my polish lasted for over a week without a chip!! Now that's something else!
Overall my experience as Cosmo Day Spa was amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to be pampered at a reasonable price. It's located in the Galleria, so the next time you're in the mall, you should definitely make the time to at least get a manicure from Cosmo Day Spa (make sure to ask for Wilma).
Pros: Excellent Service, Attentive Staff, Manicures, Pedicures, Massages, Facials, Ambience, Hours
Cons: In the Galleria

Not what I thought it would be.
by Julietakwa
I had a massage at this place. It wasn't worth the amount I paid. The room was small. I felt as if I was going to suffocate. There are many other "spa's" to go to and get an outstanding massage and wonderful service. They played soft music but ywhats the point when you can hear the other ladies talking outside the room and the shoes "clitter clattering" in the hallway. Not exactly first class. I wanted to relax and I walked away feeling as if I needed to make an appointment to relax from that experience. There is ripped chalk in the walls, an outdated bathroom, and employees who treat you as if you should be thankful for them. If I can make one suggestion, don't take my word for it, just pass by it when you are at the Galleria, and if you still feel it is adequate then go ahead, but you can't say i didnt' warn ya! I wish I was warned, should have listed to citysearch reviews! i could have saved some money.

I actually went to Cosmo Day Spa a couple of times, but not for the services. I buy guinot products from them, and i have had an experience were I was unsatisfied with the product, and they happily returned and gave me my money back. There has been one circumstance where i bought some jewelry from them, and I did not like it, I tried to return it, but they said i could not, i was pretty upset, but lesson learned. On the receipt they gave me it said no refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise. Some Advice Next time look at the store Policy before complaining

overall - a great experience
by qlotus
I have been a client for over 10 years and have seen many positive changes at the spa. I think that if you are looking for a relaxing experience with the convenience of being in the galleria, this is the place to go. There has been some staff turnover which has been for the better. The curent fascialist, Roselind, is the best I've experienced and the massage therapy is always awesome. Never really had a problem returning items as was mentioned in a prior review and the price is very reasonable. I have given my staff at work gift certificates every year from this spa and have always gotten positive feedback.
Pros: friendly staff, very relaxing, convenient

I have kept my mouth shut for too long in respect for someone. BUT this place popped up as I was searching for this other spa and I have to comment. Been there for several years. NO MAS! Suprised they even got this place listed as a spa. It's only obvious city search doesn't "investigate" Anyways, the management needs major customer service lessons. I believe they see actual dollar signs on my forehead when I walk in. I walked in for this one thing I thought they only had but found it for 20.00 cheaper online and learned that contrary to what I was told that they actually aren't the only ones who have it. Nother thing that ticked me off is that they don't return the product even if it doesn't do what they claim or they sold you wrong color shadow or what ever. They demand you get store credit or exchange. ??? Does that make sense? So no return policy, no customer service, and no more me!
Cons: product return policy, customer service deficiency

It's been a while since I've been, however the expirence was great. I went in for a pedicure and facial. I don't get to go very often for these things so when I do I remember who to go to. The pedicure was very relaxing and my feet looked great. During the facial the lady walked out for a few minutes to let me relax and that's exactly what I did, the music put me to sleep within seconds. Very nice, any woman that has kids knows those moments are few and far between. I don't go into Houston very often but I will definitely be back.

Totally Agree...
by szilinky30
I recieved a massage at this salon as well. As much as I agree with the bad I did enjoy my massage. I'll just say that the massage is good, the salon is not so good. The price of the massage is okay, not cheap. The salon (def not a spa) is very substandard. But that is what you are paying for. I agree it is not the most cosmetic place nor is it close to being one. The person who massaged me did have an ear full to tell me as well. Galleria 3 is horrible and boring and I happened to walk up on this salon after a hard days work and because Biosilk is closed. I surrendered.
I also don't agree with employees claiming a comment is false. It's very confrontational and I would hate to think what this employee would have done if this person complained in their face. Yell at them that it's not true? Claim they are lying? Doesn't seem very customer oriented to me. I wonder if they also wrote some of those wonderful comments. I'm an avid spa user as I like to call myself and I have never ever ever witnessed an employee claiming a complaint is untrue, you get to the bottom then take care of it. You don't confront a person on a website. If you want to know who they are it doesn't matter, obviously they had a bad time you fix it for next time. Regardless. You just fix it.
Very scary!
I'm double checking if they can get my email address or phone number. I don't agree with that and I don't think city search should allow such confrontation. Definetly doesn't feel so "welcoming" as claimed by others. I wonder if these "others" are the same employees.
Pros: massage

I had many massages in the past. My first time at Cosmo's a young lady named Shami greeted me with the warest smile, and seemed eager to help. I immediately found my comfort zone. The atmosphere was very charming, and as far as that young ladies hands (Shami) they were like magic. It was best massage i've ever had, and i can honestly say i know what it feels like to be walking on air. Cosmo's number is definatly locked in my speed dial.
Don't forget to go shopping while your at the Galleria!
Thank You Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of Houston's Gems
by jbennyson7
For anyone wanting to find peace and relaxation, this is the place. Upon walking in, I felt like I was walking into the home of a dear friend. The staff is friendly but not pushy and the atmosphere is calm and elegant without being garish or outlandish.
I have been to many day spas within the Houston area as well as California, Colorado and even some internationally with my Mom and girlfriends. This day spa could rank among some of the best spas in the country and is one of Houston?s gems.
The massage I received was expertly given ? one of those massages that leave you feeling wonderful and warm for the whole week. Not even Houston traffic could break me out of my happy mood.
I?m hooked. This place does not disappoint.
Pros: Friendly staff, warm atmosphere, great massage

I personally work at Cosmo Day spa and was overlooking the review a client had left. I have been employed there for 4 years, and have never read a review so dishonest. If you were recommended here, I am sure our spa is doing something right. Our spa has reasonable prices and great service. If you were so unhappy and that unsatisfied you should of let the receptionist know (Gloria), and filled out our complimentary guest cards, and we could have better accommodated you.
Your Comment was NOT TRUE you indicated that you received a massage from a lady that has brown hair; none of our masseuse's have brown hair. Let us know what day and time you came in, so we can better direct the person that assisted you.
Cosmo DAY Spa looks foward to hearing from you with your comments, please contact us and let us know how we can better service your needs. 713-623-0333

Passable Service and Eerie Salon
by main54
On Recent trip to Houston I decided to get some "spa action." I was given this place's name and decided to try it. I was hesitant when I first walked in, salutations seems to be taboo for these people. My gut told me to walk out but decided to stay. Mistake 1. I got a massage from a woman with brown hair can't remember name. Her massage was okay, felt pretty nice (I have had much better though) but I had to spend the hour hearing of her family not to mention the non-requested advice on places to see in Houston. She just kept going on and on. I was actually begging for the ceiling to fall on me. After the massage I was as well bombarded with product placements. It's funny how almost everyone who works there had a family member who was using the product they were attempting to sell me. Made me say Hmmmmmm. I decided to use the restroom before walking back to my hotel. Mistake 876. The bathroom looked like it was in the middle of remodeling. I took a peak into the shower and I can't imagine anyone actually showers in that filth. I later asked the person why they would advice to me to visit such a place. They told me it was due to location. LOCATION! Well I was willing to Taxi to get better service. I enjoyed the rest of my day and didn't allow this salon to taint my view of Houston.
Cons: No greetings, pushy, run-of-the-mill massage and salon, typical sales

WOW!!!
by monicada
I recently had a facial by Shami, and a massage by Huy, and it was great . It seemed like I knew Shami for years, she had a great attitude, and seemed like she loved her profession. When I booked an appointment I had only requested a facial, but as I was in there I had heard the great reviews of the massages, but they were booked. The owner actually accommodated my needs and called another masseuse to come in which was Huy. The Customer service was great, they do all they can to accommodate your needs.

Wonderful PRICES

I actually went to Cosmo on a busy Saturday, and for it being in a bad part of the Galleria the service was actually pretty good. The spa is a little small, but the quality of the Esthetician and masseuse were great, I have been to several other spas in Houston, that were gorgeous, but the service was horrible, overpriced, and very snobby. At Cosmo they were more detailed with my skin, and actually did a lot more extraction then other spas. At Cosmo it is a more Relaxing environment, and what I got there, I got the same at the high-class spa, the only difference was I paid triple the amount. I Highly recommend this spa for their quality in work they do. I got the package that includes a Facial and Massage for only $120.00.
Pros: Friendly enviorment, good prices, Best Facials
Cons: Galleria III, Small

A True Gem
by lmoore2
I recently visited this spa with a couple of friends and I'm shocked to see that someone had such a bad review of this place. The service, staff and atmosphere was truly fantastic. Maybe people are used to large spas and are not used to getting personal attention. I've been to a lot of spas where I felt overwhelmed by the size and felt that my presence was not acknowledged. I appreciated the feedback and recommendations that the therapists gave me and I really felt like we had the spa to ourselves. Don't miss out on a wonderful and relaxing experience from what I think is a great spa!
Pros: Overall Service, Great Staff, Ambience, Products Offered, Cleanliness
Cons: None!

A Day To Remember
by abigs
I want to share an experience with everyone that I had on a day along with my Mom, Sister, and Daughter. It will never be forgotten. We wanted to do something different. We wanted to share a fun day together filled with some overdue pampering, and boy did we get that and more from Cosmo Day Spa! As we walked in the door we knew immediately we had found an unforgettable, awesome place! Beautiful! Not only did we feel relaxed and right at home, but everyone there was so attentive and caring. I had a Microdermabrasion treatment with a European facial, while Mom had the Day of Rejuvenation, and my sister had the Aromatherapy Escape. It was all so heavenly! We had to dabble in all they had to offer there, including lunch! While one of us was having a treatment done, someone else was experiencing something equally fabulous. Immediately, I could see a visible difference in my skin. After my facial treatment, my skin was so amazing, so soft, glowing, and much younger looking!! My teenage daughter learned so much from Rosalind during her acne solution facial, like how to properly cleanse her skin, with the right products, and what foods to avoid. Rosalind is one of the aestheticians, and I am VERY impressed with her knowledge and experience. I must say that I was very pleased with my experience and look forward to my next treatment in a month. I can't speak highly enough of this place. You DEFINITELY MUST TRY THIS SALON -- IT IS AMAZING!!!
Pros: Warm, Inviting Atmosphere, Knowledgeable Staff, and Overall Experience
Cons: None

Tried it out
by dpieface
I tried it due to a gift certificate I recieved for my Birthday. I enjoyed my massage however, the service as a whole was not very good. The atmosphere is not at all up to Galleria standards. If it wasn't for the GC I would have never tried it. My review: move on.
Pros: Massage, location
Cons: service, atmosphere, personnel

NOT SO COSMO
by apetersinc
I totally agree with below review. this is not one of houstons top spas. not in anyway. its a retail store with rooms in the back. literally. i expected more from a galleria spa. the whole set up is a baffle. Go elsewhere.
Pros: ?
Cons: ambiance, service, consultants
