J's Hallmark Gold Crown

I recently purchased several webkinz for my daughter's birthday party for guest gifts. One guest didn't show up and they refused to exchange it even though the tag was still attached and unopened. The receipt does not say they won't exchange webkinz - only Ty products. This was extremely unprofessional and I will not shop there again.
