This place is great! Dr. McCabe, associates, and staff are attentive, caring, kind, and truly there for you and your pets. I have never been so pleased with the service and honesty that they have delivered. I have every confidence that they will treat your pets with the utmost care as they do mine.

DO NOT go to this clinic. The rooms filthy and the waiting time was ridiculous. We could hear many dogs crying in the examination rooms. Once we did see a doctor, they didn't explain anything to us about my puppy's illness. They THINK he had ringworm so they ran some tests which we still have not received the results of (after we have made several attempts to get them). To top it off, they are expensive.

I spoke to some of my friends and they have all had similar, horrible, experiences. Do not go unless you like wasting time and money.

I used to take my dog to Crossroads Clinic in West El Paso. My dog injured herself and when I called them to get her in at 10:00 AM, they told me to call back after 2:00 because they were getting ready to go to lunch. I called Northeast Veterinary Clinic and they told me to get her there immediately. They took good care of her. They care for your pets as if they were their own. Love, love, love this clinic.....

the administration of services is horrible, waited for an hour and a half for the exam room, then still waiting after, I've been here almost 3 hours now and I am still sitting here.

I'm happy to say that I rescued a little yorkie from the Northeast Clinic in October of 2009. Unfortunately, in this state of recession, Baby's owners could not afford two operations this little dog needed and was going to put her to sleep. The clinic took her in and helped her with the surgeries she needed. Then along came me, two months later looking for her! The doctors and staff were awesome, I went everyday with treats to see her and they were all cheery and made me feel at home. Baby is a wonderful little dog and she brings so much joy to my life. THANK YOU for sparing her life and taking a chance on making her well. She's doing GREAT!.!

Even though it has been a while since I had a dog, the last doggie our family owned saw the Vets at this location. They always treated us with respect and were knowledgeable. I don't know if I ever moved back to El Paso I would use them since they don't seem to be specialized in Exotic animal care, but maybe they could recommend a vet that is specialized in Exotics.

Shocked that there were such bad reviews. Went there tonight unexpected. We found a kitten and they were very nice to us. The staff was fast and it was clean. We will be returning and will refer others there.

First off I HAVE to give them a star and I dont feel that they even deserve one. I had taken my dog there on 26 Feb 2012 because he was not eating. We as any normal person would do had done lots of research online to try to figure out what was going on. We then could not come up with anything solid, so my wife and I took our dog in to the clinic. Upon arrival there we saw that it was pretty busy. I kind of expected that due to the day being Sunday. So we made our way in and, we signed in and waited. They told us that it would be about 45 minutes to an hour before we were seen. 1 1/2 hours later we make it back to the examination room. 30 minutes goes by and then the Vet comes in. 10 minutes later the Vet wraps up our visit and the leaves. 15 minutes later the Vet tech comes back in with a laundry list of things they want to do to our dog. Now all the research my wife and I did, pointed to either a cold, or depression in the dog but again WE ARE NOT THE EXPERTS WE wanted little more clarification on what was going on. They wanted to do x-rays, blood work, and do a Snap test. Now again, I research EVERYTHING and to charge for lab work and a snap test is ridiculous. A Snap test is a little cotton swab with a small bulb on the back of it that contains a solution that will give you a chemical reaction in any area that you test. It is kind of like doing a home pee test it is that simple. $30.00 roughly for the snap test there. X-rays $170.00 I am no doctor but I know x rays are only useful on certain things. And I know he has no broken bones. Maybe an ultra sound would be more useful guys. After everything was said and done they wanted over $300.00 for a visit. We said NO! We did not do any of the tests they wanted to charge for, because again we think either cold or depression. That is what the signs are pointing to in OUR dog. We needed an answer that they clearly could not provide without them getting over $300.00 and possibly more. Now I know Google is not a Doctor however last time I checked there are always Doctors willing to help and give advice for free on Google. Then you can find a reputable Vet. But this place has none that I could tell. All of them are scam artists and are very willing to take YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!
******************UPDATE**UPDATE***********************

So come to find out my dog would not eat the food I had provided to him because he just does not like it. I guess $300.00 would have told me that too I am sure. But Again I am no Vet. Thank you NEVC for trying to rip me off but I will trust my dog over your so called specialists.

The Doctors are great, one of them is Dr. Ross, and specially Dr. Giles, the technicians are polite, and friendly, one of them is Daniel, they make up a great team. BUT I don't know what the problem is with the receptionists, specially Michelle and Veronica. They are unfriendly, rude and not helpful, is like they automatically turn into nasty mode once you ask them something or ask them for help. If it wasn't for members like those receptionists the Northeast Veterinary Clinic would be my #1 choice Clinic. I might continue to go but only because of great members like the Doctors and technicians, the key is just getting past the rude receptionists.

They have two locations, as I understand it and we went to their site on Cheslea/Montana and really loved the care they gave my dogs! There was a crazy long wait but it is worth it b/c they had discounts on shots (on Sat) and they were such great staff!! Honestly, I didn't know what to think when we drove up (it doesn't look nice from the outside) but the rooms are nice, more than that- we loved the staff! They spent a lot of time with our dogs, answered all our questions, and didn't push anything on us. I am beyond happy that we waited and saw the Vet and Technician... they were great. Will definetly use them again! Thanks!

This place will nickle and dime you to death, not worth it at all. For excellent and very knowledgeable pet service with the no nonsense crap without the constant pushing of prescription drugs, Coronado Animal Clinic on 6328 N Mesa St or El Paso Veterinary Hospital on 4101 Montana Ave are much better options for your pet.
