Kruger's Diamond Jewelers

We went to Kruger's looking for an engagement ring and felt nervous and excited about the decision. It was our first time to purchase jewelry and we worried we wouldn't be able to afford something we really liked. The staff at Kruger's was amazingly considerate of our situation and spent a lot of time explaining the various aspects to look for when purchasing a diamond. By the time we made a decision on a stone and setting, we felt like professionals thanks to the information and patience of Kruger's staff. Additionally, Mr. Kruger gave us a great deal on a stone that we love. We feel lucky to have the memory of Mr. Kruger and his staff helping us on such a momentous occasion. Thanks, Mr. Kruger! We love the engagement ring and feel honored to have it!

I have an antique engagement ring (great great grandma's- pretty darn old) I wanted to get fixed up to wear as my engagement ring, but I was pretty nervous about finding the right people to trust for the job. After seeing the fantastic reviews on citysearch, we went to Kruger's and I could not be happier with the result. Bill was very helpful in giving us the overview about what needed to be repaired, but encouraged us to also talk to Sam, the amazing repairman, before dropping it off which I appreciated. I met with Sam, who very kindly explained what needed to be fixed and what he could do while preserving the setting and style. I just picked up my ring today, and I was completely blown away by how great it looks after he worked his magic! My ring was shinier, prettier, and re-pronged (or whatever the right word is) in the style it was originally it was made, and the shank was also redone so I could safely wear it. It looks absolutely beautiful- better than I could have hoped for. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Kruger's to anyone who needs an antique piece of jewelry repaired.

I took in a family heirloom engagement/wedding ring set to have it separated, cleaned and some of the settings re-pronged. The salesman, Bill, was extremely nice and helpful and spent a lot of time educating me and making sure I understood exactly what my options were. When I picked up the rings, they were so beautiful and perfect! Such obvious care and attention to detail was given by the jeweler who worked on them, Sam Cisneros, that I had to sing his praises! (Thank you Sam, we'll be back!)
Since we had done a little shopping for engagement rings before receiving the gift I can tell you this is the place to go for quality merch, amazing customer service and a great deal. Thanks again!

Their sales person Anna Talley was so very helpful. I had a special horseshoe ring in mind & was expecting to have it custom designed, but she found exactly what I was looking for in a ring mounting & had it delivered overnight in white gold. She then worked with me to custom mount the perfect size diamond in the middle. She was very patient as we looked at many diamonds to find just the right size & quality. Other sales people even pitched in to help with smiles on their faces. Their on-site craftsman added the solitare mounting to the ring & rushed it through mounting the 12 diamonds in time for me to present it to my girlfriend, when the right time seem to come along out of the blue. David Kruger was there when I picked it up & you could not ask for a nicer merchant or staff. I could not help but notice he put a cold water cooler on the sidewalk in front of his store on 8th & Congress Avenue, so anyone walking down the street in the 100 degree heat could help themselves. Even though I am the recipient of the gift, my husband had nothing but good things to say about Kruger's. I asked him about how he felt about Mr. Kruger and the diamond ( I didn't want him to feel pressured)-----He felt the same about both....He said Mr. Kruger was so great about giving him so many options in his choice of diamonds and NEVER made him feel pressured to buy. The diamond was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, and my husband said he felt the same (since Kruger's provides the best of every option)... I would recommend this place to every new lifetime couple---Kruger only deals with lifetimes, as are his words, character, integrity, and his jewelry.
