Scion Of Fort Worth

I had a written quote with options identified. Waited a month for the vehicle to arrive. When I drove 1.5 hrs to pick it up, they tried to charge me extra partly because of an option that was not included in the written quote. They refused to honor their written commitment. Told to either pay for the option, or wait several weeks for them to reorder.

PROS: none
CONS: didn't honor commitment

I have bought 3 cars from this dealer and I have to say that they are one of the best in the DFW area. I searched and emailes numerous dealers before buying the car from Toyota of Fort Worth this time. I now live more than an hour away from this dealer and thats why I wanted to get a car from nearby dealer (we have about 4 dealers nearby). WELL I can say that no one is honest as Toyota of Fort Worth. My salesperson was Ash--talk to him he'll be honest with you.
