this is a place you really want to be working out, And its affordable and he the environment amazing, music blasting so u get pumped up while you are training. And the Owner , Joes Castillo Jr. , a great guy, friendly and straight forward, I have been going on and off for almost 3-4 yrs. And to top it off they got Professional Body buildiers training at the location. they offer good prices on the membership, i choose the yr membership it is a great price., unbeatable. if you want to work out and sweat and see great results... join this gym..

I have been here several times and it is a great place to workout. Membership is actually quite affordable, and there is always someone around who is willing to help you by spotting or even to advise you about how to maximize the machines and weights. There are no special classes really, but its still a nice unassuming place to work out. Parking is a pain, so that is why it doesn't get 5 stars. You will have to either park far away or back out onto a very busy stretch of Fredericksburg Rd, which is hard to do.

You cant go in with great expectations, but its definitly worth for the money you pay.You can watch Tv as you do your work out or by listening to music.Its easy accessibilty is of great use and you can drop in after work for a work out.They have all modernised equipments.
