Bait and Switch ... A salesman by the name of Curtis Josey is whom I had the displeasure of working with. I went there yesterday to look at a vehicle that was priced well. I told him I would like to trade in my wife's current vehicle (worth $8000 minimum trade in value and sales for $10K as of now) and pay cash for the rest owed. I provided him with all the necessary information to get a "range" that the trade in value would be in order not to waste either of or time. His low # was around $5500 and his high was $7500. I told him $7500 would be my rock bottom as the vehicle is in EXCELLENT shape. He assured me all would be well and to go ahead and come back with my wife's car.

We were wanting to trade up to a crossover because my wife is expecting twins in a couple of months. The one they had is the same year as her car with 15K more miles than her car. I had my wife, who's basically on BED REST, drive over an hour to Momentum BMW so she could see the car of interest and so they could get the final trade in value. Curtis told me the Car was good to go and just got detailed. He spent his time with another customer and asked a different salesman to help us while he got her car appraised. We drove the car of interest and it was filthy inside, NOT DETAILED. After looking at it and wasting an hour of our time the other salesman brings us the "deal" they're willing to offer .... $3500. What a F&*$in' joke! They proceeded to get my information as if I was going to be dumb enough to finance something with them.

Momentum BMW is a sad excuse for a dealership. One would think they would want return customers but it looks like they're all about getting the next sucker! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

He explained everything clearly: their pricing, their promotions, their incentives. He spoke directly, e.g. when he didn't know about a package he said so. He was easy going: after we first talked Wednesday afternoon I felt no pressure to stay or purchase. He was responsive, called me back right away when I called, replied to my email within a day. And he was willing to deal! I told him the price I was looking for, and that I wanted to buy from his dealership, and he was able to make it happen. I'm buying my next BMW from him.

Every sales representatives we saw before this one made us feel their "hunger" to sell and ended up being more or less annoying. Kyle, on the contrary, is never pushy or aggressive. Going through options with him is like discussing with a friend. Most importantly, he listened to our needs and never made us lose time with options or color combinations we didn't care about. He is young, but eager to find out answers to any questions you might have; of course, he does that with the passion of a seller who is well aware they're selling you the best. Thanks for your help

friendly and helpful and was able to get me a loaner so at 9 months pregnant

I didin't need the car, because I already had a gorgeous 2009 Pepper White S in the family...But, I have always wanted a green one, so on a lark, I asked Brian Berry if there was one on the lot. There wasn't, but he found one! It was in transit from the factory, headed to another dealership. On a handshake, he and Marianna made arrangements to reserve it for me. 2 weeks later, I took delivery of my car; no games, no pressure and no unkept promises. How many sales people will take your word that you are committed to a deal, without demanding a deposit or down payment? This is the 3rd pain free purchase that we have made at Momentum Mini in the last 2 years. We got a great price and an incredibly low rate through BMW Financial Svcs. The customer service I received from everyone at the dealership was first class. The entire buying process was simple and fast. The dealership is clean and beautiful. The experience was so good that 3 weeks later I went back and bought my wife a convertible 328i. Great dealership, great people and an overall great buying experience. I would highly recommend momentum BMW to anyone looking for these qualities.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I recently bought a car from here and it has not been a good experience. The sales process was too lengthy and I never received a couple things I was assured were already shipped out. Less than 2 months after the purchase I had brake issues. The first time I brought it in, they said they fixed the problem but surprisingly they were still squeaking later that day. The second time I brought my car in, they finally replaced the back brakes. BEWARE!!!!! I had my Ipod stolen from this dealership. They make you sign a waiver when you drop your car off stating they are not responsible for items removed from your car. I accidentally left my iPod in the center compartment where it has the USB connection. I called my tech and he called me back a couple days later and said "they have been having some issues with items going missing but have not located the employees involved". He made sure to remind that I was still responsible for the missing item. Thanks a lot, I just spent 40K with you jerks and your going to lose me as a customer over a $80 iPod???? Stay away from both sides of this dealership, they suck and have ruined my previous stellar 5 year experience with BMW.

I can honestly say that this survey results were EARNED by the Momentum MINI 10000 Southwest Fwy Houston TX 77074. I would like also point out that if you look in the dictionary under Customer Service, the term "see Nick" would be indicated. Nick provided excellent Customer Service far and beyond what is normal. Nick actually listed to and responded to my question and concern by keeping me update on the process of the service being performed. I live a distance from the/any MINI dealership and sometimes find it a hassle to drive the distance. But, rest assured, any future service to be performed on my wife's Mini Cooper S 2006 convertible, will be handled by Momentum MINI

I have a lot of close friends that own BMW's and everyone feels the same about the dealer and service customer service. If I had spoken with them prior to getting my car I would not have gotten it. The service departments around Houston should make more effort to deliver better customer service to patrons. I am thankful for Phil because without him I would have had to wait even longer than the original 2 weeks that I had been waiting on to gets my vehicle repaired. I have a family and driving a car that only has one working door was very stressful and dangerous at the same time. I explained my problem to many different BMW employees and no one but Phil would help me.
