Red Hot and Blue offers the best barbecue catering in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. We make sure that the barbecue is authentic, using hickory logs, low temperatures and long cooking times with only top quality meats and ingredients. For questions or to place an order, please contact the catering department at 214-378-7447 or email us at cater@rhnb.com. For parties of 50 people or more, we provide everything you need to cater your event. While you focus on your guests, we'll focus on the serving and cleaning. Order from our catering menus, which include a variety of our smokehouse selections, appetizer platters, desserts and beverages. There is a non-taxable service fee. We also offer delivery where you can purchase items by volume and provide service yourself. Orders can be picked up too.

My husband and I LOVE Red Hot and Blue. I always want to try dessert, but always end up eating way too of the fantastic bbq or ham. They have wonderful veggies and their potato salad is DIVINE!!!
The wait staff is always friendly and personable.

The best thing here are the fries in my opinion, but the bbq is excellent as well. They have a lunch menu to help save a little cash during the day. It really just has a fun atmosphere-even the drinks are served in miniature pitchers!

It's hard to rate barbecue "the best in the state" or even "best in the Metroplex," but all the Red Hot and Blue restaurants are in the top 10 percent. The Memphis-style is quite different than most places around Texas . . . but different is good. And if you just don't like that kind of BBQ, try the veggies and even the salads! I've made a meal of salad and a serving of fried okra more than once. One of the things that makes Red Hot & Blue (all of them!) among the best, however, is the service. You'll get prompt attention (from both your server AND the manager on duty) and a chance to sign up for some great discounts.

This Memphis Style restaurant serves the best barbecue in Texas. The ribs are so moist and the barbecue so tender. Add the three different hot sauces for a different taste each time.

Good BBQ, I like Texas style better but it is good to mix it up

Red Hot & Blue has good BBQ. It is Memphis style I believe. I prefer Texas BBQ but it is good to mix it up a little bit. I give it an average grade because of my preference for Texas style, average service and depending on what you get it can get a little pricy compared to other BBQ joints. All is all, it is a place I would say you should try and you might love it, lots of folks do, or at least stop in a couple times a year for something different.
Pros: Good food
Cons: Not the greatest value depending on what you order

Great wet ribs

Wet ribs, dry ribs, banana pudding....it's all excellent. Even the sweet biscuits they bring you are great.
Everything is great, nothing is bad. They're wet ribs are so good.....let?s just say that my fingers have never tasted this good. The meat just fell right off the bone. They even have the sweet ribs and yes those were good too.

Best potato salad there is

Their catering is excellent. The meal was wonderful and the service was great. The pulled pork with extra sauce was declicious.
