I just called today to get information on opening an account. I spoke to a wonderful young lady named Alisha. She was able to answer my questions above and beyond. She also let me know who my husband could speak to regarding opening an account, being that it was an emergency situation. She referred us to either Joey or Lauren the Asst. Manager of the branch. And she asked for our name and said that she would would make sure she would be on the "lookout" for us.
Thank you Alisha for your warm, friendly, smiling voice...it eased our concerns, even if our concerns have not been solved, your warm, friendly attitude just helped...you have no idea!

I like this branch of Bank Of American. The staffs are sincere, patient, knowledgeable, polite and professional. Especially the branch manager, Colette Ferguson who is treating every customer as her family, putting her best effort to make sure every customer receives the best service. It brings me a warm feeling every time I drive by the branch. This branch definitely deserves five starts.
