I went to Popeyes on September 8, 2009. I purchased five of the 99 cents specials and a couple of other sides. I love the food! It's a good deal-it fits my budget. I highly recommend the chicken to others. Today, however, I was held hostage while watched chicken be "dropped" twice and other customers come and go while I waited for 30 minutes for my food--the special of the day!! Why?
