I had previously paid a company $700.00 to clean and protect my carpets. When it was time to clean again, I called the same company and asked for a better price, and they could not offer the same service at a lower price. I found Universal Carpet Cleaning on the internet and took a chance on Jimmy. He was professional, and got the job done for his advertised price! I was ecstatic at the money I saved, and for the clean carpets! He shared his knowledge and experience in cleaning-reminding me that soap is not good for carpets. I had UCC out to clean my microfiber couch that was in terrible condition and Jimmy was the perfect man for the job!! There was no waiting around all day because he was EARLY (what a concept) and finished in a timely manner. He explained everything to me as he was cleaning and the finished product is better than I could have ever expected!! Please don't hesitate to use UCC the next time you are in need of Upholstery cleaning, you will not be dissappointed!!!!

This is my first time writing a review, but I felt it necessary to do so. Universal Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. I had a red wine stain that I never thought would come up, and UCC got it out on the first try. Excellent service, was on time, and didn't take long to complete a 5 room job. I definitely recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs!!!!

This had to be by far the best carpet cleaning service I have ever recieved. The pricing was the same on the phone and after they finished cleaning my carpet. They were very upfront and helpful. I recommend Universal Carpet Cleaning to anyone.

I been using Universal Carpet Cleaning for about seven years. The reason that I choose this company was becuase they were very upfront and helpful. I had stains from my pet and kids that never came out until I use them. I was very happy and surpised. They were on time and did the job in a timely manner. The price he gave was very close to what I paid. Can't lose using this company.
