I bought my dress from here for my wedding, granted the dress is beautiful I payed WAY over its worth. The same day I went to another bridal shop and long and behold...the dress was priced $300 cheaper. What they do is mark the dress up $200 dollars; then they take off $200 to make you feel like you are getting a deal. YOU ARE NOT! Do not buy your dress from here; you can get the same dress elsewhere cheaper.

My wedding is in March 2010 I so happen just to drive by the store I was greeted by a very nice lady named Ms.Cynthia she helped me with my wedding gown and my bridesmaids dresses she gave me a very good deal ! The customer service was excellent Ms.Sweetie also helped me but the one that has been there for me is Ms.Cynthia she knows how to greet people as soon as you walk in through that door it's as if she's known me for a long time i felt very comfortable with her she's the best and I recommend anyone to stop by to see her remember ask for Ms. Cynthia! They have very good deals on everything in the entire store from 30,40,50 off evrything go by there!

Me and my friends were recommended to Panache Bridal to go and get my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses, we were recommended to see Cynthia she was very nice,helpful and just knew how to treat me and my girls she's the best that's all I can say! I bought my dress with her excellent customer service and I like her cause she tells the truth and is honest on how one looks in thier dress! If you are planning to go to Panache Bridal please ask for Cynthia she's the best! She deserves to get paid more because she is worth it!

SO I WROTE A REVIEW A COUPLE MONTHS AGO WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT MY WEDDING DRESSES. i WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT THE GREAT DEALS I GOT. BUT AFTER MONTHS OF WITH THESE DUMB A** PEOPLE NOW I SEE WHY THEY SELL THE DRESSES SO CHEAP! THEY SAID I WOULD RECEIVE MY WEDDING DRESSES IN MAY WELL MAY CAME AROUND N I ONLY GOT ONE DRESS IN, SO THEN THEY TELL ME I SHOULD GET IT IN JULY WELL TELL ME WHY THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME TO TELL ME THEY GOT IT IN ON JUNE 16! JUST LAST WEEK I CALLED TO SEE IF IT WAS IN AND THEY LIED TO ME! THEY DO THIS SO THAT THEY CAN KEEP PEOPLE'S DRESSES IN STOCK LONGER TO HAVE FOR OTHERS TO TRY ON AND SINCE MY DRESS IS A SIZE 4 THEY USE IT TO THEIR ADVANTAGE TO HAVE IT IN STOCK FOR OTHERS TO TRY ON! THAT IS RIDICULOUS THAT THEY COULD use MYYY WEDDING DRESS FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT! THEY DID THE SAME THING WITH MY OTHER WEDDING DRESS..I'D CALL TO CHECK STATUS OF THE ORDER AND THEY'D SAY THE SHIP DATE CHANGED , EVERYTIME I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE THEY'D SAY A DIFFERENT DAY! I GUESS THE SAYING IS TRUE: U GET THE SERVICE U PAY FOR! AND TO TOP IT OFF MY DRESS WAS STILL EXPENSIVE MAYBE ONLY $100 CHEAPER THAN OTHER STORES BUT BY TIME I PAY FOR THEM TO REPLACE BEADS THAT ARE LOST DUE TO THE WEAR AND TEAR OF PEOPLE TRYING ON MY DRESS ITS GOING TO END UP COSTING ME MORE! :( IM SO UPSET MY ADVICE DO NOT GO TO THESE RUDE DUMB A** IGNARANT PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING THEY ARE BY FAR THE LOWEST IN LOW! TAKE MY ADVICE!!! I DREADED THE PROCESS OF GETTING MY DRESS AND THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE ONE THE FUNNEST PARTS OF PLANNING YOUR WEDDING! :( THEY NEED TO HAVE A ZERO FOR THE RATING!!!!!!

I placed my order in October, they informed me my dress should be delivered in January. When I called to check the status of the arrival the manager called me back to tell me that they never placed the order! Not once did she apologize, she simply said the good thing is that you can change your order if you need. I didn't need to change my order, I needed my dress. They never once apologized, just an apology would have acknowledged that they made a mistake.
Again when I had them order my veil, because that was part of the deal, order my dress and they give me a discount on the veil. When I ordered my veil I was nevervous because they placed my order in a stack that they haven't ordered yet. The stack was thick and I was thinking wow, those orders are important, just as my gown order was. With the veil I had problems. I was informed that the veil was to be delivered on such and such date. They said they were suppose to receive it and would call. A month after the arrival date they never called. I called them and again, the manager called me back and said it was delivered but couldn't locate the package.
I will and have not suggest my friends to go to them. I dread picking up my veil.

My mom came into town for the weekend and our goal was to find my wedding dress! We went to a few other stores with no luck and Panache was 3rd on our list. The staff was so friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The store is nice and newly remodeled inside (from the outside you couldn't tell). I proceded to try on a few dresses and the 3rd dress, the most amazing seamstress in the world, Rosa, folded down the back of the dress and completely changed the entire look of the dress. I felt like a princess! Everyone raved and I was instantly sold. She did three different alterations for me and the dress turned out amazing!! Everyone raved and wanted to know where I got my dress. I credit it all to Rosa! Also, they gave me discount after discount and even let me exchange my never worn bridal shoes! I love this place - you must go!!

WOW..was the first thing i said when i walked into this store.Panache bridal looks amazing and like no other! They have comepletely turn the tables around, they look soo much better. Id been their a couple of times before that's where i got all my homecoming and prom dresses. I have reffered all of my friends there to get dresses for any occasion! they are Wonderful! Great customer service, no doubt about it! When i walked in to get my wedding dress i was being helped by a wonderful young girl whos name was Johanna. She from the first step i placed in there greeted me and my mother wonderfully and with a smile on her face. She made me feel like i was the only one important and as if i was a princess. She is very honest and helpful..someone loyal that i can trust and know that i wont be in a bad situation for my wedding day. I had 7 bridesmaids in my wedding party and myself so which made our budget..well not stay at a budget. it was pretty hard for me because not long after that i had lost my job and so i had to find someway to help myself and my girls out, well Johanna was able to work with us and got us some wonderfull bridesmaids dresses with a GREAT DEAL! SHE IS THE BEST AND I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU GO FOR ANY ANY OCCASION! Thank you Johanna for everything i really appreciate it We love you!!

When I initally started looking my event coordinator took me to a beautiful little boutique. It had the most amazing dresses and it was so much fun going to look and try on dress but when I got to meet the owner eventually I realized she was just a rude ______. After that experience I realized I did not want to bother buying my dress (the most important dress i'll ever wear in my life, at that) from a boutique like that. The staff would get impatient and sassy. When I decided to go to Panache I was greated by the front desk staff. So many people approached me to help me out. I felt like the selection was great! I had called before I went in so I already knew who to get with, Rosa. She is wonderful! She knows what she's doing and gives goood advice. She is very patient and caring. She takes forever to call back at times but other than that she puts up with me callin with questions all the time! I have already ordered my dresses (ceremony & reception) and am very pleased with the prices I was given. They are absolutely the BEST i could've found and trust me I looked everywhere to make sure! The atmosphere isnt as nice as a boutique but the service and prices make up for it! I have yet to recieve my dresses but will be posting once I recieve them!! Go but ask for rosa!!! Tell her April Sent you!! hehe =]

I really liked the customer service, they worked with me and they helped me to get into my dress, which all of us no it isn't easy sometimes. I have no complains until now, and I have just passed my first fitting, they were all really nice too and made me feel so special, the dress I ordered was about $2000 and they even gave me a free veil,one i picked not just a cheap one.
I know the inside of the store isn't like a palaze but what matters more to me is how they treat their customers.
Before that store I walked in winnie couture and had a horrible experince with the staff, the store was degined nice but the staff made me cry and laughted at me ( check out my story when you go to winnie couture revies on this side), so I rather have a poor store design but a good customer service than the other way around.
We want to feel special and like a princess and when we put on the dress, everything comes togehter, and panache did a good job.

Pros: the cutomer service makes you feel like a princess

I traveled from oklahoma because i called in (it was VERY helpful) asking for a particular Maggie Sotterro dress i wanted to order. I drove almost 16 hours and it was worth the trip!! i ended up coming 15 minutes before they closed i was greeted imediatly at the door and was hepled greatly and never once felt rushed!!! even though i stayed for almost an hour after they closed. My alterations were done on time, the dress arrived sooner than expected. They were my Prayer answered, after i had a HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE at Davids bridal which had no type of customer service!!!
Definitely worth your time!!

I WENT IN THERE TWO MONTHS BEFORE MY WEDDING KNOWING IT WAS TOO LATE TO PLACE ANY SORT OF ORDER THE SALES REP NOT ONLY HELPED ME FIND MY DREAM GOWN BUT ALSO MY MOTHERS DRESS AND MY FLOWER GIRLS AND BRIDES MADES!! THEIR SELECTION IS OUTSTANDING I GIVE THEM PROPS!!!! THE SALES STAFF WAS VERY CARING AND RESPECTFUL EACH AND EVERYTIME I CAME IN!!
THE BEST THING OF PANACHE BRIDAL IS THAT THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME AND WELCOME, I WENT INTO ALFRED ANGELO BEFORE I WENT INTO PANACHE BRIDAL AND THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO GREET OR PAY ATTENTION TO ME THEY WERE HORRIBLE I HATED IT AND WHEN I TRYIED TO LOOK FOR (MY!!!) DRESS THEY WOULDNT EVN LET ME WALK IF THEY WERENT THERE!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT???

I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMEND PANACHE BRIDAL AND FORMAL!!

I went there several years ago for my prom dress and got a beautiful dress, this time around I bought a wedding dress. 3 days later I found my dress for $300 dollars cheaper, when I asked for a store credit for the difference they would not honor it because I had already ordered. I found a bridesmaid dress that I liked and when I brought my bridesmaid back to look at it they no longer carried the floor display because they sold it. The sales person told us they kept selling it and that if we wanted them to bring in another sample, we would have to pay $50 because the shipping was expensive! That money was so that they could have a sample in the store, not for me to buy the dress. I've seen rocks smarter that some of the people that work in that store, however, the selection is nice.

I went here for my drill team formal dress and the service was AMAZING!!! There were a good number of girls from my team who went there as well and all had a fantastic experience. The place was PACKED full of dresses, and whenever I would try one on and reject it, they would ask me what it was about the dress that I didn't like and procede to bring me ones that did not have that probem. All four times I was there they paid full attention to my needs without neglecting other customers.

There were several beads missing from the bodice of the gown I chose (due to so many people trying it on...i don't blame them, it was an amazing dress) but they repaired and altered it for me with no hassle.

THE BEST PART???
my mom ended up barganing with them and getting a $400 dress for only $32 dollars (plus alteration fees)

I recommend it to everyone!!!

Pros: Open to barganing, wide selection, work well with customer needs

Cons: several dresses beading needed to be fixed before purchase

First of all, I went to Panache on a Thursday and there was still almost no parking and rather crowded. The interior of the store didn't particularly impress me; it felt rather dated and musty. However, as soon as I came in, a representative approached me and asked me questions about what I was looking for and pointed me in a direction. The dresses I was pointed to didn't appear to be very high quality and they didn't have what I was looking for (a nice form-fitting dress, lace, with minimal beading), but I didn't look around very much. I decided to look elsewhere after browsing a short period of time.

Pros: Fairly good customer service

Cons: Dresses looked almost cheap, dated looking, bad parking

I would absolutely hands down not recommend this store! I have had the worst time working with them. First, they gave me a sale price on all of my bridesmaids dresses, since there were 7. And they ended up charging ALL of my girls FULL price. Which was both irritating and delaying, but they did eventually refund my girls. But overall, a very unprofessional experience.

And if you want anything done you are going to have to speak to the manager! (Which is hardly ever in the office.) The workers are a hitt and miss, and I was told by more than one I would not be able to get my dresses expedited. But , lo and behold, when my fiancee finally got a hold of the manager, it was made possible.

I really wish I had read a review on them before I chose to use them, so I hope this can guide you away from a very "stress-level midnight" situation.

I understand that everyone will have a different experience. My wedding gown experience at Panache was wonderful . They were EXTREMELY helpful and all had really good personalities. Rosa and the Indian lady (I can't remember her name) - but they made the experience completely enjoyable and worry-free. My alterations were done in a matter of days!!! I couldn't have asked for better alterations. The dress was absolutely BEAUTIFUL & fit perfectly and the service was very good. There is only one lady who works there whom I would say doesn't have the best customer service. But the others went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. The selection at Panache is also wonderful. They have a large selection of Maggie Sotteros and others. Highly recommend!!!

The customer service just over the phone for this bridal salon was so poor that I won't even visit. I only needed to know how many of a particular brand of bridesmaid dress they had and not one employee wanted to make the effort to look. I would suggest taking your business to Houston Bridal & Formal. They provide a great selection and wonderful customer service.

yesterday I went to Panache, and they greeted me at the door with smiles,and how may I help you.i wanted to buy wediing gown for this weekend,I told them my budget and they did everything within their power to stay within the budget.My dress of my dreams was altered to my satisfaction within a day.I am very pleased
with the service I received. My prom dress was bought at Panache in 1995,they were very helpful then,I was very happy to see same manager with excellent staff.

I drove to Panache to get Bride's Maid Dress. The Bride talked to the employees about my paying the rest that was owed on the dress. When I got there, after driving a few hours, the employees informed me that I would have to pay $230.00, instead of $27.00 like I was told on the telephone several times withing the last week. They also said that the manager said no, and that she had informed them that I had to pay the full balance on the account. I asked to speak with the manager, and they said she was suppose to call back within a hour. She finally arrived at the store about 30 minutes later, and she had no clue that they even talked to her about the problem. She had no idea what was going on and she told me several different prices. She said that the employees meant to say $227.00, instead of $27.00. She then said I had to pay for the two dresses remaining, and it would be $175.00. After a while of talking to each other about the situation, she came up with different prices every time. I would not recommend doing business with this Bridal Store. They provided very poor customer service, and everyone one of them had different stories.

This place needs serious lessons in customer service. After paying on the wedding dress of my daughter's dreams, the dress was to be delivered to the store on Oct 5th. As of Oct 23 there is no dress. They will not refund the deposit paid to order the dress. They will not even use the money she has paid to apply to another dress in the store.

After hours of searching for a prom dress, my sister and I drove by Panache and thought we'd go in and test our luck. It was a Sunday afternoon and there was no one else in the store but us. The service was terrible. We were never greeted by the two ladies at the front, and when we actually found a dress, we had to go look for an assistant to open the the dressing room door, and another five mintues for her to come back to actually open it. Last but not least, the place is a bit pricey for terrible service and poor quality.

I went to look at wedding ddresses at Panache, when I walked in with my mother, there were three women at the front desk right by the door and not one of them said one word to us, until after about 1-2 min, and my mom said something to them. They quickly walked me to the style of dress I was looking for and left me to fend for my self among the hundreds of dresses. After looking at a few dresses my mother and I walked out the store, right past the same three women and not one of them said any thing to us as we walked out, I don't even think they knew we left.
