9-24-09 Thursday @ 2:30pm, I drove through the drive through, one car ahead of me, they seamed to take alittle while ordering, no big deal. When I approached the mic to order, the lady (rocio) asked me to hold a moment. I waited and waited and waited for about 5 or 7 minutes. Keep in mine it is 2:30 pm and there is only one P.T. Cruiser in front of me. I finally placed my order (3 piece combo mix w/ coke 2 jal). Paid and left back to work, got to my desk and found that they gave me on Breast and two, what looked like buffalo wings, very small buffalo wings.
Being very sup-set with Popeyes and spending $ 8.00 for lunch, I returned and asked to speak with a manager, I showed the manager the untouched meal and He (ABEL, Manger) stated,that is what you order, and I said, "NO,I ORDER A 3 PIECE". All my years of eating fried chicken, I have never seen such a terrible looking combo. I asked ABEL for my refund,would go some where else for lunch, he said he could not do that and then I realized I never receive a receipt from the cashier (Recio). I will never go back Popeyes Chicken ever again. Bad customer service and bad food. I asked Able for his supervisors number and he gave me his friends phone number who doesn't work for Popeyes and when I went to the web-site, the corp # 956-316-28501 is a non-working #. What is going on with this company ??? KFC or Churches Chicken.
