i went to the one on congress ave. i took my encore mower to them with problems with the hydraulic pumps. they told it will be ready in one week. it took them two months i paid them and left. one month later it broke down again. they told me it was the pumps again this time they wanted to charge me $1,500.00 i said no it was too much. they were very rude towards me. they said they were the only dealers of that make and that what am i going to take it. so i just took my mower to lindsays they were very professional. the only thing wrong was air in the lines they only charged me $25.00, so i'll tell you mccoy's are a bunch of thieve's.

Rude and no desire to help customers.

I found McCoys after the sale service to be unsatisfactory. The employees have no customer service skills and are rude. If you need parts for your mower I suggest ordering them from the internet, unless you like rude people.

Lawn service repair
by Anonymous
Repair time line of 3-7 days was promised at time of drop off. 10 days later- NO ONE had even looked at the item in for repair. No call was given when repair was completed. When attempt was made to pick up repaired item was informed at that time I had to wait another 4 days because my item was taken to storage. Another wasted trip to McCoys.

Great place to go if you need a part for your lawn equipment, but many times you must wait a long time for service. When you do get someone to help you, they are very knowledgeble about their products. If you have a hard to find part, they are worth the wait because if you try to go somewhere else you will spend more time and get more frustrated at the lack of knowledge on the part of the employees elsewhere.

Not a friendly staff
by mountaintravler
I was in there shop for over 20 minutes and no one approached me to see how I was doing, or ask if I needed any help. These guys are not friendly to a normal person. Seems like they only work with landscapers.
Pros: Location
Cons: customer service, no help, rude people.
