We have been going to TLC for about a year after transferring from another pediatrics office we were not happy with. The one thing that sets TLC, Dr. Moulton and Miss Saiks apart is their approach to the kids. They seem genuinely interested when with us. Other pediatricians we dealt with were nice, on the surface, but you could tell we were just a room number. We usually see Miss Saiks and my children just adore her. I'm a little confused by the person with nothing but negative to say - I have to wonder if they are reading a statement as an invoice. we get claim statements each time we make a doctors visit - these are not bills folks; they come from the insurance co not the doctor and will show that you owe the copay...also, many shots are given in stages when they're infants.

My experiences with TLC Pediatrics have all been absolutely fabulous. My 3 kids have been coming here for 4 1/2 years. My middle child has special needs and they all do a wonderful job taking care of the children. Dr. Moulton is so patient, even when I have 100 questions. He actually sits down and listens. That is so hard to find in a doctor. The office is always full when I am there but nobody rushes you around. The atmosphere is very calm and playful. If your child doesn't want to get on the exam table then Dr. Moulton will climb under the table with a smile on his face to do the exam. The nurses are all very kind. They explain everything, not just to me but to the kids as well. I especially love that they are honest to my children when something is going to hurt. It reduces their anxiety and they handle it much better. When my baby was born last year Dr. Moulton treated her in the hospital and the follow up into the office was seamless. He even spent time showing my middle child (who has mild autism) how to hold the baby without hurting her. I've called the poor phone nurse at least 20 times this year and she never seems anything other than happy to hear from me. They just really get to know your children there. We have never felt like a number. It will be a sad day when my kids graduate college and have to go to adult doctors like the rest of us.

My wife has been taking our 2 boys here for several years and loves Dr. Moulton and the office. They started with Dr. Cook but when he and Dr. Moulton split years ago she much preferred Dr. Moulton. He has always seen our boys every time they are in the office, except for flu shot visits, which are done by the nurse. She was really impressed when Dr. Moulton spent 30 minutes talking to our oldest boy during an annual physical when he became a teenager, as well as answering any questions he had.

We moved to Texas 5 years ago. We found Dr Moulton when he was with Dr. Cook. We preferred Dr. Moulton and stayed with him when the practices separated. Dr. Moulton and staff have always made us feel welcomed. They worked with my children and in turn my children loved them all. They are now teenagers and have to go to a general practitioner. They have worked with us on insurance issues and corrected them as needed. Great practice!

My husband was recently discharged from the Marines. As you can imagine we have moved many times and seen many pediatricians for our 3 children over the last 10 years. TLC is the best ever! The office is clean and bright. The staff members are amazing. Kids walk in and everyone - I mean everyone - remembered their names and asks about their activities and sports. I have seen Dr. Dan and Miss J. I love them both. They were able to connect us with specialists for my daughter who has special needs. We have been patients there for just over a year and I really couldn't be happier. I recommend them to everyone I speak to.

I have been going to Dr. Moulton for 8 years with my three children. As a female, I feel the need to say he has NEVER made me feel uncomfortable and treats me with respect and professionalism. I can't help but wonder if the woman that complained has personal issues that make her believe Dr. Moulton meant anything inappropriate. As you can imagine, I am in his office frequently. There has never been a thought brought to my mind questioning his professionalism and/or intentions. And, being a mental health provider, I am sensitive to these sorts of things. I have nothing but good things to say about my MANY experiences with this office.

We started coming to Dr. Moulton's office last year. He is so great! He talks to my kids about their symptoms instead of just talking to me. He is board certified in Pediatrics. Our old Pediatrician wasnt. The wait time is very short in this office. I have never experienced anything inappropriate. I think the guy with the bad review is obviously confused. I have an 8 month old and he sits in my lap to be examined. Dr. Moulton has to be close to the parent if they are holding the child. The nurse practitioner Jeanette is wonderful. I love the nurses, especially Helen. They are all so patient. The front desk girl, Ryan is so sweet and always remembers who we are when we call. They are always able to see us right away if we are sick. Last winter Dr Dan even waited after hours to see my son because I couldn't get there before they closed. Also, with 4 kids the insurance deductibles get to be a bit much. The office manager, Dana, was able to work out a payment plan for me and never made me feel uncomfortable about not being able to pay. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

My daughter has been a patient at TLC Pediatrics for a few months. We switched from another local pediatrician. Dr. Moulton's front desk staff is friendly and attentive. The wait time in this office is incredibly short. Usually 2-3 minutes in the waiting room and less than 5 minutes in the exam room. The nurses are knowledgable and patient. They have always been able to work us in for last minute appointments. My daughter just loves Dr. Moulton. My husband and I appreciate that he talks to our 3 year old instead of just talking about her like she is not there. We are so confident in this office I recommend them to everyone.

My children ages 4 and 7 have been seeing Dr. Moulton for about 2 years. I really like all of the office staff and the nurses. The office is always clean and neat. We trust Dr. Moulton and he makes my children feel comfortable. I would not recommend the nurse Practitioner, Beth Johnson. The last 2 times we had to see her she didnt even wash her hands before treating my daughter. The last time Beth was even sick- still no hand washing. The last straw was her diagnosing my son with strep throat and insisting on a powerful antibiotic shot that was painful for him. That night we ended up in the ER and my son tested negative for strep but positive for flu. All of his pain was for nothing. Other than our problem with Ms Johnson it is a great office. I would recommend Dr. Moulton to everyone he is great. Just skip seeing the NP. We now request to only see Dr. Moulton.

My children ages 6 & 8 have been seeing Dr Moulton for the last 7yrs, I couldnt ask for a better doctor to care for my children.
I have recently gained temporary custody of my sisters newborn and Dr Moulton and his staff have been there with me every step of the way to help me any way that they can.
I have never had any issues with their office of staff.

Thanks Dr Moulton and Staff for providing excellent healthcare to my children.

We have tried 3 different doctors in the area and none have warmed up to my children like Dr. Moulton and Beth. My kids are the ones who are always sick and I have NEVER felt as if we were a bother like I have with some of the other dr's in the area. The nurses here especially Helen are awesome! Ryan up front is great! Everyone here makes you feel at home and cared for. In fact, every time we drive by the hospital, my 3 yr old wants to go see Dr Moulton and give him hugs.

We love TLC Pediatrics. We have been going to Dr. Moulton's since 2004. Everyone is wonderful there. We can usually get a "sick" visit the same or next day. We always received prompt return of after hour calls. Luckily now that our children are older we don't use that service as much.
We've never had any problems with billing. We are always asked if we want to see the Dr. or the PA. We've seem them both. I really like "Dr. Beth", the PA.
Also - they do ear piercings in the office, which is great if you want to get this done when you child is young.

Since the birth of my first child, we have been a TLC Pediatrics PA customer for the last 20 months. There are few things that my family received from being the customer:

1/ Dr. Daniel Moulton rarely sees the child unless you request.

2/ Dr. Daniel Moulton always sits too close to my wife with some touching that makes her uncomfortable.

3/ They collected the co-pay fee at the office for every visit schedule and then send another bill to our home demanding for a collection of a fee due every single time. My wife has had to call every time requesting to fix it and they let us waiting on phone for a long time until we can talk to a person. This happens after every appointment in the last 12 months.

4/ They scheduled for the same shots that had already happened one month before. These shots caused my child sick for a few days.

I truly believe this office do no good for us as a customer. We went with this office as a default choice since we have our first child and had no time to select other office. I do not recommend this office to any one based solely on our experience. God Bless.

My brother goes here and he is always excited to go to the doctors. They have a wonderful playplace for children during the small wait and the staff is always friendly and accomadating. The doctor is charming and is wonderful with kids. He always informs my mother of what is going around and what to watch out for when my brother is in school. I would recommend this place because the doctor is qualified and the place is something that kids will look forward to visiting!

PROS: Friendly place!

Dr. Moulton now runs a solo practice at the same address. He has been our pediatrician since our son, 2 1/2, was born. He is always attentive to questions and offers informative answers. The children really take to his gentle manner and kind voice. The waiting room is toy free (fewer germs!) but there are plenty of books. There is also a large aquarium that the childre love. The exam rooms have a Disney room and its great to see kids get excited when they end up in the room of their favorite character. The waits can be long, but now that Dr. Moulton is operating a solo practice there will be fewer patients in the waiting room and exam rooms so hopefully things will move more quickly.

PROS: Friendly doctor, very approachable
CONS: office wait times
