Northside Ranch Pet & Garden

I've been ordering my dog's food through the mail until I discovered it was available at Northside Ranch. I did manage to find 1 last bag of it, though it was torn. Mainly I was disappointed by the staff's complete lack of help or attention. It wasn't very busy at all, and I was obviously searching the aisles for something. I stood around looking for someone to help me but before I could say anything they zipped by. Three employees breezed by me, one made brief eye contact but kept moving. Though my allergy prone dog's food cost slightly less at Northside, I'll continue to order it online where my business is appreciated and I don't have to put up with bad customer service. I'm probably saving on fuel in the long run anyway.

I have a yorkie and have taken it to northside, I live 30 miles away so I called and made an appointment for 9am (so I thought) I returned around 2:30 and was told about 45 minutes so I walked the store then went back and he only had a bath so I had go pick up my girls from school and had to pay for grooming, but the time before was okay.

PROS: why have an appointment when it still takes all day
CONS: the one time they finished he was cute and soft and smelled great
