These folks are GREAT! They do the same work as the Dealer but at half the cost. I would never trust my car to anyone else. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. We trust all three of our autos to Rallye.

I originally went in for an inspection, but this shop does not do them, the gentleman at the counter gave me clear directions to the nearest place that does. The inspection shop discovered a little work that needed to be done. Since it

I've been taking my 2000 Nissan Sentra to Rallye for 3 years now. I've driven a few beaters in my life, thus have dealt with more mechanics than perhaps I would have liked. It is refreshing to have finally found someone that seems to truly value their customers and take pride in their work, rather than only being concerned with turning a profit. I first learned of Rallye from reading reviews on the Car Talk website and I'm glad I found them. They have always given me an accurate diagnosis, in that I've not had any recurring problems after they have done repairs. Scott does a great job of explaining the diagnosis in layman's terms, as well as describing what it will take to fix it. He takes the time to answer any of my questions without making me feel rushed or like I'm asking stupid questions. On occasion when they found a few different issues, he has prioritized what needs to be done ASAP (safety-wise) versus what can wait. For a bit, I took my car to another mechanic because they were open on weekends, whereas Rallye is not. Let's just say, I will never make that mistake again. Rallye will continue to get my business even if their hours are not the most convenient in regard to my work schedule.

Never never never NEVER pay what the dealer will charge you. Rallye will shoot you straight, even if it means recommending someone else for the job, as they did with some body work I needed done. They are friendly, affordable and do great work.

Based upon a recommendation took my 2001 VW Passat to Rallye - fantastic service. The timing belt needed to be changed, and Scott put together a bid for me and made several suggestions for additional services. The Rallye bid was $300 cheaper then the dealership, but also included additional parts/service that the dealer did not. The service took a little longer than expected, but the car came back in perfect working order. Scott also worked hard at getting quality parts at the best price. I will never take my car back to the dealer.

In 1989, my friend (Rallye called the "Hyundai family"), referred me to Rallye Auto. Rallye kept their two old Hyundai 4-doors alive. Since I had an older car, that needed good care at reasonable price, I tried them out. Scott and crew have always been straight, suggesting repairs when really needed, explaining things in layman terms I could understand, and charged a reasonable price. I seldom need to take anything back, but Rallye backs the work 100%. Over the years, I've tested other mechanics, but always come back to Rallye. I consider them my personal mechanic, and don't trust my cars to anyone else.

If I have a question, I'm considerate of their time, but I can call and get an idea over the phone if I need to bring it in or not, and what the typical direction to go. Most mechanics just give you the standard "I can't give any advice over the phone. Bring it in and I'll look at it." Rallye staff will give you an idea the direction to go. I'll still bring it in for repair, but I trust their opinions.

The only reason I give four starts instead of five is that I'm a non-smoker, and and waiting room has a pretty strong "aroma". It's usually not a problem because I seldom have to wait very long for service. If you want someone to treat your car like your own private mechanic, and be very reasonable on price, take it to Rallye.
