Go some where else We will not buy anything from the Casa Grande Lowe's even if it is the last store on earth. Their employees do not care and are not willing to help. We spent $1200 on a dishwasher and microwave. The microwave needed a micro-hood transistor, they said they don't carry that, then why sell the microwave? Also we needed nails, we had the number etc. well when we finally found a guy, we had a question, the old nail number and the new number were the same but the new one had a S after the number, all we wanted to know was what was the difference. He told us to go and ask someone else cause he didn't know. They need to get new management and all new employees. We left our cart with a new sink and three faucets etc and left the store. We went next door to Office Depot and found

Lowe's Excellent Employee Assistance, Poor Business Judgment Purchased and picked up four pallets of landscape block, but needed more. Called to have 3 more pallets delivered. Lowe's manager wanted to charge $12.00 per pallet, but I could return them for a refund. Tried to explain that driver could pick four pallets when he dropped off the new order. Four pallets in hand for the price of three. Response was no we have to charge you and you return them. Pallets are pallets. Bottom line, not business smart, manager loss the sale and probably future sales, lost the deliver charge, and the opportunity to get an additional pallet back at no cost. That is in addition to angering a good customer.

We are very pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Cyclone Pro Carpet Cleaners. This company provides excellent service across the board.......all the way from the initial contact to the completion of the job. The technicians arrive ahead of schedule, were very efficient, courteous and friendly. Franco was willing to answer our many questions and continue with his work. Our carpet and tile look superb. We will be scheduling them back to work on other projects we have like power washing the drive way and window cleaning. We will definitely tell our friends about Cyclone Pro Carpet Cleaners.

I was telling my mother that I am having to dust my house every two days and when finished, it looks like I never dusted. She said "sounds like you need to have your air ducts cleaned." I immediately got on the Internet and found Cyclone Professional Cleaners. I made a call and they were out the same week. They removed each vent cover and thoroughly cleaned them. They vacuumed and disinfected each duct and replaced the clean covers. I didn't have to move any furniture and they were finished in no time. I received 10 % off my bill and best of all it's been a week and I haven't had to dust my dining room table!! Thank you so much for all your hard work and for doing such a professional job.
Pros: I'm not dusting every other day anymore.
Cons: It took me six months to figure out that all I needed to do was have my air ducts cleaned.
