Improv Comedy Club

my sister and i love to go here. i like the drinks and true the seating is much better. the food ?? so-so. go there early it gets packed fast when is first class comic.

Bad service, very pricey. Small porpotions. Couldn't hear comedians, the speakers sucked! Took over 1/2 hour to get drinks, and I didn't get everything I ordered, the waitress didn't care, since they add an instant 18% gratuity on the check. Hard to get to if your from out of town. I called to get instructions and they sent us the wrong way, took a second call and someone who actually could give instructions to get us there. The seating was very uncomfortable, felt like I was a sardine. Waitress kept hitting table every time she walked by.

Best comedy club in Houston. Great seating and great service. The prices are good and you know your going to have a great time here. Really a great night out.

The major three are probably Laff Spot, Laff Stop, and the Improv. Far and away the Improv is the best. The seating is great. There isn't a bad seat in the place. You don't have to weave through sardine packed people. Clean place, clean bathrooms. The drinks are delicious, as is the food. The place just looks chi chi. The only downside is that it doesn't book as many great acts as Laff Spot, since Laff Spot is established and is really great to the comics. Eh, hopefully they'll edge out Laff Spot soon.
