We secured our home loan through Countrywide Home Loans, and have had no cause to complain. They offer many payment options to meet your needs. For example, you can pay in two monthly payments or one or four, whatever matches your paychecks. Their interest rates are certainly competitive. If you're looking for a home loan, they are worth checking out.
