Joe's Italian Grill

Joe's is a neighborhood restaurant I'd blown of as nearly invisible and surrounded by a few small offices. Was stunned to find the charming decor, moderate prices and DELICIOUS food. Everything good that other reviewers have said about it is all true. Kind personnel as well.

We love Joe's New York style pizzas! They will cut meatballs up as a topping if you ask--our favorite. They have a great carry out special on most nights ($9.95 for a large 16 inch pizza) and the taste is top notch! We also enjoy dining in, they have some great pasta dishes. If you are looking for an italian restaurant that is not "out of a box" tasting and also affordable, then try Joe's.

I've eaten at Olive Garden. I've eaten at Johnny Corrino's... But, NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING compares to the food at Joe's! It's about at authentic as you can get from their amazing bread, and fresh garden salads to their delectable baked ziti or their fradiavlo dish(my favorite). If you're looking for something with affordable prices, good atmosphere, great people, and the best wait service in town... go no further than Joe's!!!

If you're looking for the glitzy, pricey corporate chain restaurant, then Joe's Italian Grill is not for you. It's off the beaten path away from restaurant row in the south of town, but well worth the trouble. The waiter we had was attentive and pleasant. The ambiance was what you'd imagine some back road restaurant in Italy would be like. Their pizza is great, the bread is good and the food had a unique seasoning that was complimented by the excellent house Merlot. We plan to visit again.

Joe's Italian Grill offers a quiet, romantic atmosphere and a wide range of affordable Italian dishes. The food is always good and I'm especially fond of their spaghetti. If you've got very little dough, then Joe's is the place for you. Lasagna or spaghetti or something similar with water to drink can mean dinner for less than $8. Bread and salad are included and you won't walk away hungry. I would also recommend their house dressing!

If you're ever in Tyler and find yourself wanting great Italian food you only have one good choice, Joe's Italian Grill. This locally and family owned business has some of the best italian food I've ever had, and at affordable prices to boot! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is always top notch. As a side note try the Chicken de Roma. It's not on the menu, rather a special they have from time to time, but they'll be more than willing to make you some if you order it. It's amazing.
