All three of my pups (Kirby, Jinxie & Owen) and one cat (Miller) have been going there since day one. They have a website for anyone who wants to know about the company. The vet Dr. B is great and has cured everything that I have taken my animals in for including the removal of Kiby's eye when I-20 wanted to put him down. 3 yrs later doing great. I did puppy pkg for all 3 dogs and spaying/neutering. I am blown away that anyone can complain about this vet! They care more about the animals here that Gully or I-20. Very compassionate. And most of all the prices can not be beat & in my opinion Dr. B gives her services away!! She is not greedy because she truly cares about our babies and wants them to be well. Other vets just care about the money and are all fake about everything. They have the cheapest puppy pkg in town and low cost vaccines and spay/neuter svcs. They will recommend everything low cost to encourage responsible pet owners. So if you are complaining about a print out of "procedures" (totally dumb) then pay and extra hundred and fifty bucks and I am sure I-20 will print something for you to read & humor you to get your money. Dr. B has useful info sitting out like info on heartworm or info to educate you on how to care for your puppy.... if you want policies you are just another jas a$$ in this world trying to complain about SOMETHING/ANYTHING!

Puppy packetIt was a poor experience.they are not a good deal, they do not explain things, policies or procedures. The owner was very rude and hostile to me. It was as if she was having a bad day, mad at the world and she took it out on me. She stated that she does not have to show me any policies or rules, that she can do what she wants. I guess she is right since it is her business but that is not good for business.I would not recommend this Animal Clinic to any first time owners and if you do go ask many questions because the staff will not help you much.
