Kingwood Spa

My 1st impression on my very 1st visit to the salon was that I loved this place & could not believe I had not discovered it sooner. I like the promptness of the staff; the no-children allowed unless they are there for an appointment themselves; the stylists are not distracted by answering personal cell phones or the staff/stylists are not distracted by chatting with each other with personal conversations. Also liked the cleanliness of the whole salon. This has been the best experience at a salon that I have ever had in over 40 years of being a patron of hair/beauty salons. It is one of the few places I can go and completely relax without hearing other people's cell phones ringing & having to endure their unnecessary loud conversations. Please keep up the pleasant atmosphere! Kerri is always on time & she always goes into detail explaining coloring or how much hair to cut. She always says it is best to cut less as she can always trim it a bit more if I want. I appreciate her taking the time to make sure it is not cut too short. I like that.

I have been a customer forever it seems- The Conservatory is the epitome of a service-oriented business. I never expect less than a stellar experience because I have never had less than that! We are lucky to have some terrific local businesses in Kingwood, and the Conservatory is one of the best. I am always happy to come in for an appointment- and I have never been disappointed when I leave. Thank you!

My last visit was a fantastic experience but it ALWAYS is; "Y"all do so wonderfully every time!!! The quality of this salon / spa is just awesome. They strike the perfect balance of being polished while being so friendly and always welcoming. I have NEVER had a bad experience and have been going there for years! Thank you!!!

: I look forward to my haircut every time!! The relaxing scalp massage followed by the shampoo & head massage are so relaxing and wonderful. I'm a teacher and surrounded by children at work and home. When I come in for a haircut, I look forward to the peace and quiet of my 30 minutes away!! Billie gives me just that every time. She just seems to understand exactly what I want and she does it!!! I know that when she's all finished I'll feel polished and as good as new again. She doesn't pressure me into buying a bunch of products either, which is nice. She offers, tells me what kinds of products she uses on me, but doesn't make me feel like I have to buy anything extra. I highly recommend the Conservatory and Billie!!

This was the perfect start to Spring Break, a relaxing massage in a beautifully comfortable environment. I feel completed rejuvenated! I would recommend a massage at the Conservatory to anyone who is feeling tired, stressed, sluggish, or just wants some quiet time. Shannon is a wonderful caregiver with plenty of attention to us and with helpful, professional tips to relax. I couldn't have asked for a better morning!

I need little explanation for Michelle to cut my hair perfectly every time. She always offers me water or coffee to make sure I'm comfortable before she starts. She is so sweet and was very understanding when I told her I needed go to the Aveda School for hair color. The minute I stepped through the doors I was immediately greeted by name & told I was checked in. The staff is always so friendly & fun! . My experiences at The Conservatory have always been great, but this visit was beyond any expectation I could have imagined. I was so surprised when Karen offered to take care of my next 3 hair colorings, I was speechless. I've never had a business offer something so special & so caring in my life. I didn't even know what to say it was so appreciated. I felt surrounded by friends by the time I left - truly a place of refuge for relaxing & spending quality time. I love everyone at The Conservatory! You are all so special!

I loved the overall atmosphere of the Conservatory, very peaceful and inviting. The people at the front desk were very inviting and made me feel very comfortable, and Kerri was very personable and did an excellent job with my haircut. Something that was very impressive to me was when I was in line to check-out someone who was either the owner or manager came and asked me how my visit was and if I was being helped, and she said she would keep checking to make sure I had been helped. That was very impressive to me! I definitely will be returning to the Conservatory and will recommend it to my friends!

I'm always greeted by my name and with a smile. Additionally, the service is always top notch. I recently had surgery and the staff sent me a get well card. It's so nice to know people care. Their staff always goes above and beyond what is expected. Courtney is exceptional - not only her work, but her personality. She's very kind and considerate and I can't imagine having anyone else color and cut my hair. Her work is excellent. I can't say enough good things about her!

Since I have been coming to the Conservatory for some time now, I rated all my experiences "as expected." If it had been my first visit, I would have rated everything "far better than expected." We are so fortunate to have The Conservatory right here in Kingwood. I don't have to dress up or travel far to receive all the best spa experiences. The staff really makes an effort to make you feel like family and everyone is so professional. I may have to pay a little more for the services but it is worth every penny for what I get in return. I love this place!!

I went to Craig to get my hair highlighted, I even had a consultation with him to let him know just what I wanted and I also took some pictures with me. He did not make it seem in any way that the look I wanted was not attainable. I had my hair dyed brown four months before that and I wanted to get some highlights like some platinum and another color of blonde. He only did one color of blonde in my hair, no platinum. When I got done my hair was an orangish blonde, also my roots were so much lighter than the bottom of my hair. It looked horrible! I had to go back and get them to "fix" the color and when I went there I had another person to do my hair and he would not even look my way or say anything to me. They told me that he should have put a toner on my hair after he highlighted it but he did not. Even after they put the toner on it, it still does not look good. It really makes me mad that I paid $150 for something to look like crap! You would think that at a salon like this they would know what they are doing. I always go to Visible Changes and this one time I decided to try something different this is what happened. I will never go anywhere else again!

The Conservatory is a lovely, calm place where I was greeted immediately upon entering the door. I like the professionalism of everyone. Sophie listened carefully to what I had to say and answered all my questions before she began the process. I was offered beverages and given a wonderful mini massage during the shampoo. I have now been twice and have been pleased with Sophie and The Conservatory both times. In fact, both my daughters and my mother-in-law are now Sophie's customers!??

I spent the entire day here last Thursday getting pampered and wanted to share my experience: My massage and facial was given by Letti and she has been by far the BEST therapist I've had! Her personality is so welcoming and friendly and she makes you feel right at home. Lunch was DELICIOUS and customized just for me.... My mani and pedi was very relaxing and I love my Blood Red toes. When I walked in to the Conservatory I had hair with blond highlights and it was down to the middle of my back. When I left the Conservatory I could feel the wind on my neck and my hair was a dark/reddish color!! HUGE change for me!!! When I walked through my front door my husband and son's bottom jaws hit the floor lol They LOVE it.....thanks!!

I have been waxing for a long time I normaly do my own brazilian but was in a rush. So I stoped in really quickly to have one done. OH my, the girl was great and fast but she used soft wax on the whole thing. No brazilian wax should hurt that much. The wax was thick and she put the strip on me then she just left it on me and walked around the room My hair is all broke and growing in badly its like i shaved. Oh and the ingrowns are just great. I love lookijng like there is something wrong with me. Thanks but no thanks I will not be coming back.
