LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I have never been comfortable in a gym before and the small, friendly atmosphere feels extremely welcoming!!!

Body works personnel were among the least respectful for members, they have no accommodation to the needs and they are disrespectful. They behave in a way that people are throwing themselves on them or need them in a bad way

Staff is hardly around. Who ever heard of coming in to work for two hours then taking a two hour lunch break? Well, thats how the staff is operated. So there is a constant lack of personal service at this gym. Read contract carefully. They have hidden fees. They don't offer any non-price benefits to monthly membership.

I hadn't ever worked out in a real health club before. Boy was I missing out!! The staff was so knowledgeable about what they were doing. Even when I called around to ask questions about the healthclub they by far had the friendliest staff in Lubbock!! The prices are also the best in Lubbock. I called around, I know!!
