Bridge Street Animal Clinic

In all the cities I have lived in, I have never experienced such a caring and loving animal clinic as Bridge Street Animal Clinic. I had to board my kitty for about 2 weeks this summer. The staff let me come visit him as many times as I wanted and allowed me to stay in one of the exam rooms as long as I wanted so I could love on him and play with him. Thier boarding facility is beautiful and they take such wonderful care of our animals. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and the staff and the vets.

We have taken all of our animals to Dr. Norris forever! We drive 30 minutes to see him even though there are several vets in our immediate area. No one has the compassion and honest nature that he does. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats and all do very well when they go to his office.

Dr. Norris and his staff are wonderful people. I had several incidents with other Doctors and was not happy at all. I finally found this awesome clinic. I am so happy to have them in our family. And my cat's love all of them as well. I believe they would rather stay with Dr. Norris and his staff instead of coming home. The will take medicine from him and behave extremely well but they are not that good for me. He is wonderful with animals. I tell everyone about this clinic and so far I have gotten one person to go to this clinic but I will refer this clinic to anyone I meet. Thanks Dr. Norris and your staff for loving my cats!!!

Dr. Norris and his staff are the absolute BEST in the BUSINESS. I would not think of taking our two Bostons anywhere else. He is very well trained, astute, and understands peoples relationships with their pets. He and his staff have a wonderful "beside" manner and our boys love them.

Would not consider using anyone else. He has taken his time to work with us and one pet who has a condition, he calls to check on the dog and to see how he is doing...My doctor doesn't do that!

PROS: Caring, kind and very knowledgeable! Clean facility, wonderful staff.

I would not dream of taking my animals anywhere else! Dr. Norris is the kindest, most caring vet that I have found in the Metroplex! My dog LOVES him and my cat has always been well behaved with him unlike when they have been attended to by other vets. His caring and devotion to the animals is just unbelievable! He reminds me of my "small town" vet back home who was focused on the needs of the animal as if they were human! Dr. Norris--keep on caring because Britney and Fritz love you!

Dr. Norris at Bridge Street Animal Clinic goes above and beyond a vet's call of duty. The Clinic is clean and easily accessible, and Dr. Norris is always available when I have a question. He is great with my two dogs, and even called to check up after our visit. The Clinic gave me a special price when I brought both of my dogs in on the same day.

Dr. Robert Norris and his staff are friendly, caring, professional, and most of all available! They have reasonable hours and the doc will even make a house call if it's necessary! I have quite a few pets, and they even offer a 'multi-pet' discount for folks with more than one animal! If you are looking for an awesome vet, look no further!
