I would be very careful about doing business with Chase Carpet and Tile. They did not stand behind their work and have pointed fingers at everyone else to avoid responsibility for an obvious improper installation. Marc Chase especially IMHO is not to be trusted. I now feel foolish for doing business with Chase Carpet and Tile and certainly do not recommend them.

Chase Carpets did a fantastic job replacing flooring at my dental office. The work was performed in a timely manner, the workers were respectful of my business and needs, and the new carpet and flooring looks spectacular. Mr. Chase was very helpful with all my questions and concerns, and even offered a great deal for the project. I would definitely use Chase Carpets again and would recommend them to anyone.

I've used Chase Carpets for an update and remodel on a 13 year old home and most recently on a high end new construction home and have had great experiences! They truly listen and care to help you attain your goals within your budget. The Chase Team makes the design and selection process fun & painless, promptly schedules convenient installation times, and their installation crews are professional and as caring about your experience as the owners are. As a builder & Realtor I love that they don't assume things....for example they will sketch the lay out the decorative backsplash tile on the wall first to make sure that the symmetry aligns with your vision. My tile installer also made some great suggestions too! I was very impressed with Chris Chase's design vision and skills. Our custom project fully exceeded our expectations without the use of an expensive interior designer! I regularly recommend Chase Carpet & Tile to my friends, clients, and colleagues.

I NEEDED TO MOVE INTO MY RECENTLY PURCHASED HOME AND WITH ALL THE TIME SPENT ON THE PROCESS, I DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TIME LEFT TO SHOP AROUND FOR MY NEW CARPET, SO I RAN TO HOME DEPOT AND THEY WON'T INSTALL IT AFTER SOMEONE MADE AN ESTIMATE AND MAYBE A WEEK LATTER THEY'LL DO THE INSTALLATION, I WENT THERE CAUSE I BELIEVED THEY HAD LOW PRICES. AFTER THAT I WENT TO CHASE CARPETS, WHEN I WALKED IN THE SHOWROOM I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE TO EXPENSIVE. THE SALESMAN SHOWED ME SOME OF HIS STOCK CARPETS, AND THE PRICES WERE REALLY GOOD, THE BEST PART IS THAT I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THEIR PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT TWO HOURS AFTER I SIGN MY CONTRACT, TO SCHEDULE A NEXT DAY INSTALLATION. THE FINISHED JOB LOOKED GREAT. I WOULD REFER CHASE CARPETS TO EVERYBODY.

I went all over town to find something unique. I found an exotic hardwood imported from Brazil at the south location. It was exactly what I was looking for. They don't just sale your everyday, very common products there. Don't get me wrong, they have it all from very inexpensive to very unique and modern looks. I know they stock a lot of different products as well.
I had originally purchase carpet from Chase over 13 yrs ago. It still looks great! I am surprised because it was not very expensive at the time. I remember when the owner of the company used to sell out of a small house on Burnet Rd. The best thing is the service. From the salesman, Keith at south store, to the owner Marc and all the great crews. I was impressed by the way the crews were organized and worked quickly. Great place to shop! You must get a quote from these guys. It is a must!

I decided to go Chase Carpets and Tile for my wood flooring. The selection was great. The salesman that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. he made the whole process so easy. The installers were very good too. I am so happy with my new floors. I will recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!
