Wow normally good service. Prior visit they waxed my car and left wax on the luggage rack and bumper. I asked if they would get it off on this visit. Manager was rude, gave me a hard time because it had been a few weeks. So instead of fixing the problem making the customer happy, he was rude and gave me a hard time about it...

I agree with the first review, they need a new manager.....

PROS: pretty good results, if you don't mind a rude manager
CONS: Very rude manager

As I drove off I notice a piece of my consol was missing. I immediately pulled back into the lot and asked about the piece. The staff and the manager Reese told me I was lying and that the part was never in my car. I insisted they look for it, they looked for about 2 minutes and I then had to look for myself. Eventually the female clerk helped and after about an hour of looking they found the part. The manager was extremely rude and even slammed my car door on me. They normally do a good job but be prepared to be poorly treated if there is a problem.

PROS: Normally good service
CONS: If the owner is not there "Tommy" be carefull

While getting my car detailed, a tech. accidentally broke the rear hinges off the center console top that flips up. After several discussions with the owner, Tommy Fortonot, the part was replaced at no charge to me. There was a denial of breaking this part by a tech. to the manager(not Fortornot) as the costs of any items broken on a car is deducted from each techs pay. Of course the tech will say that this was a pre-existing condition so he is not charged. I keep my car pristine and in perfect working condition. I knew before I left my car that all was working as designed. I kept getting conflicting stories regarding documentation, when it was documented and how and on what.. I was never shown any written record of any documentation from their young and unexperienced manager. I admittedly lost my temper, used a couple of choice words for which I tried to appologize to the manager for using with no aceptance at all. The manager did not have the basic managerial skills to de-fuse my anger at the obvious lies that were being told to cover this up. I was told a number of conflicting stories and that only confirmed my impression regarding the breakage of this part. When I brought this whole incident to the owners attention, he took care of it by getting a replacement part from VW and I went by and picked up at VW parts. The service advisor at VW installed on the drive way.
This has always been one of the premier auto detailing and wash shops in this area, and I hate to see it ruined by this one isolated incident. I am afraid that the manager is not mature enough to let by gones be by gones and to move forward from this unfortunate place. Only time and some maturity on his part will determine if I return for business.

PROS: Usually fast, curtious and efficient.
CONS: Inexperienced manager. Needs to be reminded, the customer is always right.

They took forever cleaing my car but at the end it was worth the price and time I paid. No one had ever cleaned my car like that it almost looked like a new car.
