The people aren't very nice or helpful... it wasn't the most inviting environment i had ever been too either, just not a very welcoming atmosphere... i would go else where if i were you.

I have been tanning there since they opened and have never had anything but great service and their equipment has always been of the highest quality. The owners and employees have never been anything but wonderful. It is always clean, employees are very up to date on the latest and always helpful. I have been to other places in the past and nothing comes close to the Hot Spot.

I did not have one encounter with a rude lady there. They were all so helpful and awesome. They know what they are talking about to help keep you from burning (which is why most people get skin cancer; from burning), they explained the beds very well to help me get what I needed. The bulbs in the bed were exceptional compared to other places I have been in Abilene. The lotions are awesome and I learned that most of your tanning experience comes from those lotions. By far the best place you can tan. As the saying goes you get what you pay for: think about it!! I was really pleased and will keep going back!! Thank You Hot Spot Tanning Resort!!

never again! I,ll take my business elsewhere. Besides they are the most expensive in town. & they need new bulbs. In a bad part of town also. Would recommend either Coco Palms or the place out on Ambler.

The Hot Spot is probably one of, if not THE, best places to get a tan in Abilene. The beds are great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The carry a wide variety of tanning products. The also have a good number of beds so the wait is never very long. Their lotions are reasonably priced & most of them smell pretty good.
