I am not a huge fan of seafood but my family loves it, so I love going to Pappadeaux because their seafood is great. My kids love it and so does my husband.

This place is great. They have wonderful food, good drinks and everything is priced well. The staff was fun and made our meal more relaxing by staying on top of things and keeping the drinks flowing. Great place to go for a casual or slightly dressed up evening.

There's just so much about this place that really makes it special. Atmosphere, the waiters/waitresses, and most of all, the great food!
Pappadeaux is the restauraunt my family chooses when it's someone's birthday in our family and it never proves to be wrong.
The shrimp fondue (sp?) is one of the best appetizers on the menu. The smothered cheese is to die for.
You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

Pappadeaux offers a wide variety of Cajun delicacies in a nice atmosphere. The restaurant is usually busy so be prepared for a wait. The service has been good ever time I have been there.
I really like their gumbo. Their catfish is superb. My 9-year old son really enjoys the fried alligator (tastes like chicken - only better!) as an appetizer. They give you huge amounts - so you can order one Admiral's Feast and share it with another person. They are a little pricey, but you can get fairly reasonable lunch specials.
Overall, Pappadeaux is a pleasant dining experience and personally one of my favs.

Tourist Attraction!

Pappadeaux is the first place I suggest and visit for dining when I'm in the Dallas area. Good to go with family, because the menu is so extensive and diverse that it should appeal to everyone's tastes just make sure Daddy pays for it. LOL!! Love the catfish and the crab.

This place had the most disgusting Mahi fish I have ever tasted!!!!!! It was not seasoned at all, the bed of rice was not good as well. Also my girlfriend and I ordered a salad, and it was a ceasar salad, it didn't taste like it had any dressing on it!!! Our meal was over 80.00 dollars, and I will say that I can get the same meal at Cheddars for about half the price, and it will be a 100 percent better!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
