Wash Tub

I frequent the Wash Tub at 3507 SE Military several times. The results are always the same. Before you can sell me a detail job,before you can sell me a membership for $120.00 you must be able to get a vehicle clean. If you wax a car,the first thing is to get it clean. The last 4 times I have been in to this location to get my vehicle washed it is the same thing repeatedly. I spend approximately $60.00 very time I come in and the results are the same each time, NOT CLEAN! I talk with the senior employee or manager on duty and show then the lack of washing on the exterior then move to the interior showing the same results,not clean! They always offer to reclean it,but after 30 to 45 minutes I would rather be golfing or something else. The most important thing to any business is get it right the first time,you never have a second chance to make a first impression. This car wash needs to get back to the basic's Clean the vehicle First,thats why people are there, thats why you are in busines,that why the customers are at you business. I took the liberty of check other vehicles as I walked around, I am not alone,maybe other just can't see the poor jobs they are getting or don't really care. Check your vehicle when you go to this establishement,get your moneys worth,don't stand by and pay for something you are NOT getting.

I have had my car washed here a few times. They do a good job, I don't mind leaving a tip with them. They have been most courteous when I have purchased my wash and when I pick up my car they are also nice.
