Being a breast cancer survivor, like myself, Rosanne truly understood the aches, pains, and other oddities that came with the survival/disease treatment. Her holisitc approach brought relief/cure to many issues that I had sought regular physicians assistance on to no avail. Roseanne and her staff are friendly, knowledgable, and professional in their treatment and care. I personally recommend Roseanne and her staff to anyone!
Pros: Great Staff and Service
Cons: None

I started going to Dr. Butera several years ago when I hurt my lower back. It hurt to do everything and I was not ready to feel old at 40. She adjusted me and showed me therapy stretches and excercises to help me continue to strengthen and balance myself so I could keep up with my life. Since then I have had various pains...shoulder from tennis, hand from gardening, knee from cycling...and Dr. Butera has been amazing. She really knows her stuff. I like the way she and her staff have helped me learn to improve my ways so that I can stay active.
Pros: Dr. Butera really knows your bones and muscles

Whatever you did to Benini's body, he has been great ever since! Your expertise and caring ways are greatly appreciated. In fact, I look forward to another adjustment myself! Keep up the great work!

I've seen a load of chiropractors and Dr. Butera is simply the best.
Not one to recommend more treatment than is necessary she's kept me in the game for almost 20 years now through several sports and activities.
I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.

I really appreciate Dr. Butera's hands on, pro-active approach to health care. She doesn't treat her patients like they are on an assembly line. I highly recommend her.
Pros: excellent care, and staff.
Cons: none

Dr. Butera is the best! She has a holistic approach to care that has made a huge difference for me. She is very skilled at getting to root of the problem right away and then uses a variety of techniques for treatment, with great results. I trust her skill and judgement and find comfort in her caring and compassiate manner. As a health care provider, I feel confident in referring my own patients to her practice- knowing they are in good hands!

I started seeing Dr. Butera in 1998 after 20 years of chronic shoulder discomfort. It was not long before I had full use of the shoulder without pain. She has since worked on other minor problems that have arisen from time to time. If I am diligent about coming to see her every couple of months as maintenance, I really feel great, if I wait six months to a year then nagging problems become painful ones. Dr Butera and staff are very professional, courteous, talented, really care about you, your pain or discomfort and the stresses of life on the mind and body. She is an inspiration, a mentor, a sounding board on life and lifestyle, a very talented and energetic practitioner and a personal hero of mine. If everyone knew what we as patients know, then we would have a hard time ever getting an appointment.
Pros: Great, personable doctor and staff, casual atmosphere and just a real pleasure to go.
Cons: None that I am aware of.

As a woman over 40 (with a spouse even older) having a good chiropractor on one's speed dial is a right of passage. Rosanne Butera and her team are amazing. Rosanne, a former ballet dancer standing barely five feet tall soaking wet, can shift the spine of my husband (over 6 ft tall) and me (nearly 5' 10") with ease. I go in feeling "out of whack" and with a few forceful presses, some gentle nudges, and stretch or crunch, I walk out feel whole, feeling me, feeling like I can take on the world again.
I remember a couple of years ago heading off for a social event -- one of those where you see folk you haven't seen for some time -- and complained to Rosanne that I was down with allergies and feeling "a drift," not ready at all for the event. She adjusted me, my sinuses drained and my ears popped, and then she put a few acupuncture needles in to make me "feel more grounded, more centered." The effect lasted almost five days. I never felt heavy, but whenever I felt my legs they felt lightly anchored to the ground. Extraordinary. I really felt at ease during the whole event and beyond. Oh, and my allergies while not gone were easily controlled with Claritin.
And she has a great physical therapist that my husband works with and sympathetic office help.
Why only 4 stars? Parking can be very, very challenging. Backing out from her office onto 35th sometimes seems the riskiest thing I've done in years.
Pros: expertise, effectiveness, caring treatment
Cons: parking, if you have to wait the office seating is better but not the best for sore backs

Roseanne Butera is not only one of the best chiropractors by whom I've been treated, she's also an empathic healer. In addition to chiropractic manupulation, her expertise in acupunture, natural medicine, nutrition, physical therapy, and appropriate exercise is unsurpassed by any physician I've ever seen.
Moreover, Roseanne understands pain from a first-person perspective. Her personal story is inspirational, if you can get her to tell you about how she came to study chiropracty and her more recent bout with breast cancer. Others may say they "feel your pain" but Roseanne knows your pain.
Unfortunately, I had to move away from Austin and my health has not been the same since. I miss you, Roseanne!
Pros: Best care in Austin
Cons: parking is tight

Rosanne is one of those pleasant surprises in life-- a professional who is very good at what they do and delivers great service at a reasonable price.
When my back is out or I just need a "tuneup" she makes things right in a hurry -- and with a smile! Many times, I have struggled into her office and was able to walk out standing straight!
She has also been very generous with my friends at Ballet Austin over the years, which is a good thing.
I couldn't do without her and I recommend her highly to anyone.
Pros: friendly, professional service delivered with efficiency
Cons: none

She had me at "sit down." I've been a chiropractic patient with Rosanne for over ten years, ranging from occasional severe issues to monthly maintenance. Her knowledge is pretty amazing - she can find issues in the skeletal system very quickly. With her training and experience, she has developed a refined touch and a friendly manner. She knows how to encourage, to direct and to nurture her patients. Moreover, she brings more than just chiropractic knowledge to the patient, hers is a very holistic approach and she can call on a variety of remedies which she practices equally adeptly. Over the years, she has moved from a needed chiropractor to a trusted friend, taking care of my overall health.
