Sam's offers good prices for people who can buy in bulk. Small restaurant owners can be spotted, stocking up. It has an annual membership fee. I purchased a set of Michelin tires there and told them the exact size that I wanted. When I went to pick up my truck, they put the wrong size on them. hey had to mount the correct tires before I left.
