Id say thats accurate  4 Star Rating - Very good

Who cares about air conditioning...you are supposed to sweat

I'll agree about the part that everyone there is assholes

Thats why you learn how to work on your own without using trainers.

The facility is nice and has everything anyone would need. It is overly big and never is too busy.

Nice try at a Fitness Facility...  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

But most of the people who work there are immature and rude. And hardly what anyone would call professional and fit. There are some good trainers and the equipment is okay. But the lack of quality of the employees is so obvious that it overshadows any positives. A couple of the men including the owner Sam are rude, abusive and disrespectful. The owners lie. I have repeatedly tried to quit this club and they will not stop deducting from my account. I am having to pursue this legally. Stay away from this club. They lie and lie about who the owner is - first it's Sam and then it's Dave. It is unorganized - they pass the buck and in the summer they had no air conditioning and no one could tell you why. It is a rip off, ill run and very mismanaged. The one in Denton is the worst. They use creative financing and an employee named Trent has tried to extort money from members. Be very careful and it is wise to not join this place. There are many other facilities that are more professional with really trained, professional employees instead of kids who lie, abuse and try to extort from members.

Nice facility but employees not  2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

This is a great facility with state of the art equipment and lots of space -- but the employees could use some schooling in customer service. Some of them are ok, but most are rude and act like they don't have time to answer questions or give you information.

PROS: great facility; new equipment
CONS: poor customer service
