Cypress Family Practice

The doctors are great. But the receptionist needs to be fired. She is rude. I just called to make an appointment and I asked if I they could move me down about 30 min in order to make another appointment. She said they did not have any openings and as soon as I was about to ask another question she hung up. I definitely plan on telling the doctor when I go in. If I find another doctor close by that is just as nice as the doctors along with a nice reception, I will be changing. I would have gave 5 stars for the doctors but due to the way you are treated outside of the doctors which would be a 1....I am going in between to a 3.

Crappy service at the front desk. I had a 9.00am appointment and duly arrived as scheduled. Did the paperwork and kept sitting then asked the lady at the front desk how long it was going to be before seeing the doctor. Her response "I do not know".... I informed her that had taken time off and needed a more specific answer and could tell she really could care less. Left the premises disgusted at the front desk receptioninst who seems to be killing this good doctor's practice.

Dr. Hoang is a wonderful physician. She devotes all of her time and attention to the patient. I first went to her when I had a cold and was so impressed with her, I asked if she would be my primary care physician. Of course, she said she would love to have me as a patient. I have since seen her for my annual physical and respiratory problems. I can't say enough good things about her but she is the kind of physician I have been seeking since I left the Sugar Land area.

Regarding the receptionist, I find her to be just "a matter of fact" type of personality. I think if she is a problem, you all might want to give that feedback to Dr. Hoang. I left my Dentist due to the office staff and almost left another one for the same reason. I wrote a letter to my physician and he took care of the problem immediately. Please let them know about the problem before deciding to leave her practice. They can't fix a problem unless they know one exists.

I love Dr. Hoang! She is very nice, and a great Doctor but the receptionist is very rude every time I've been in. When you are sick you want everyone in the doctor's office to be nice!

I feel the same way...I love seeing Dr. Ngo and all of his staff except the receptionist is wonderful! She is always rude and short...I don't know what her problem is, but she ruins all of our visits. I have thought about bringing it up, but haven't

I enjoy going to Dr. Ngo, but I find the receptionist to be quite rude. She never smiles, is always short and gives the impression she doesn't want to be bothered. Your job is to talk with people, if you don't like it find another job!

When I moved to The states 2 years ago, it was important to me to find a good doctor for my family. Dr Hoang is wonderful, very supportive and understanding.

there have been times when I have gone to see her twice a week. She always gives me the same great treatment, and does not act like i am wasting her time.

This is a young married couple who have this practice and my husband and I really like them. He goes to the man and I go to the woman (which is just the way we happen to do; not recommending everyone be that way). You can get an appointment on the same day when you call. It isn't like an act of congress to make an appointment and get in (like Kelsey Seybold).

They act like they're glad you're there and they care if you come back. It is such a handy location. So, consider this a high recommendation.

I know it's not exactly "bedside", but both physicians here have been nothing but courteous, professional, and very compassionate every time I visit. I generally try not to take my kids with me to dr.'s visits, but at times when I've had no other choice, they've been very tolerant and friendly. It's a relief to feel comfortable with your doctor and that's what you get here.

If you are new to the NW Houston/Copperfield area or just looking for a doctor in the area, I recommend Dr. Hoang at Cypress Family practice. This a family practice office so my kids see her as well. They are so friendly, organized and professional. The office wait, upon arrival, is always minimal. That for me means says a lot ! It's so common anymore to have to sit and wait a hour passed your appointment to even see a doctor. Not here! The staff will greet you and before you get into a magazine you are called back. I appreciate that so much!
So glad I found this doctor. My family and I are now more at ease about appointments because now we don't have to free up our whole day just to make it to the doctor!
