Ultra Skin Care

I'm a seasoned veteran when it comes to skin care, so I was delighted when I found Julie at the Skin Institute. She really takes the time to discuss your problem areas with you and suggests different options to go about correcting them. She's very gentle and has a very nice touch. I'm a massage therapist myself and decided to book a massage with Julie after the facial I had with her due to my LOVING the massage portion of the facial. She took the time to massage my face and neck, arms, hands, and feet...it wasn't rushed at all. I'm always looking for a good massage therapist and I think I finally found one! I also had an eyebrow wax done during my visit. I'm very sensitive when it comes to waxing and I wasn't even red when I left there! Julie made sure that I was satisfied with the shape and more than willingly cleaned a few stray hairs that I saw. I'm going back to see her today for a microdermabrasion and a massage...I can't wait!

I went in for my first ever brazilian wax with Julie. She was professional and really made me feel comfortable. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. I will keep going back, I love it there!

This was my first facial ever, and it feels great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Booking the appointment online was very convenient! Definately will be back!

I went to the Skin Institute about a month ago for my first Brizillian wax, I was really nervous because ive heard way to many bad stories about it, But I was reassured about my decision on having it done the minute i walked through the door. I was immediately greeted by the freindly staff there and i didnt wait more than 5 minutes and i was back in one of the rooms being waxed by Julie. She is wonderful and very freindly. The enviornment is very relaxing and welcoming. I am going back for another session tomorrow. I was very happy with the expeirence i had at the skin institute and i will be coming back to them everytime.

I just went for my first visit this week. The staff was professional and courteous, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Admittedly, I am very new to all the skin/laser/hair treatments, but I have visited several other spas and my dermatologist while "shopping around". I found The Skin Institute to be the most pleasant and affordable experience so far and plan to return there for future treatments. Julie was honest and set realistic expectations for me, saying she'd rather "underpromise and overproduce results", which was a refreshing change from the other places I've visited. They are also quick to return calls, answer questions, and when I changed my mind on an unopened very expensive product, they immediately offered credit in the equivalent amount to use on other treatments or products there. I was able to schedule appointments during my lunch hour within a day or two of calling, and was the only one in the waiting room yesterday which was nice.
